Majority of the machines were broken. The larger washers ran the cycle without washing my clothes (didnt release water or soap). No attendant on the premises, however they did have cards you could fill out to be reimbursed.Laundry day is already a strenuous task but to add the stress of non-working machines taking $$$ wait 2b paid back NOT WORTH IT.... **update** the machine I used didnt have out of order signs until I placed them. The majority of the larger machines werent operable. The individual loads worked but it would have cost more $$ & defeats the purpose of washing multiple loads at once. Not to mention all the money I wasted in soap & undried clothing. It just wasnt a good experience & I would greatly appreciate a the refund.

Ya gotta Beg to get your refund when their machine quit working.The day it happened I expected to receive a return phone call. since I was there almost two hours because of having to restart a load that never finished. But after multiple phone calls. I never got a response. So I filled out their tag and tagged the machine and waited for a response. A week later no response. So the next week I returned So I didnt stay I called and actually got a response. Was told someone should be there any minute within 15 minutes. After 20 I called again. and the connection keep disconnecting. They asked me to fill out a slip again and mention this was the 2nd attempt. This 1st Attempt should have been enough. Filling out the tag the 1st time should have been enough. Now I feel like Im begging them just to get a whopping 2.75 back.This has just become a situation not worth my time and effort anymore. Maybe it is for others. Its a nice place. Just dont expect any service if something goes wrong.Ok, my staying and using your laundry was dependent upon whether the issue was going to be resolved. So as of yet, it has still not been resolved. Another Week Gone by and nothing but an apology. 8/9/20 still havent made any attempt to actually resolve this.

Sparkles the first laundromat I used after moving to Los Angeles and Ive had a really wonderful experience. The owners are very friendly and very patient. The space is not crowded and there are tons of machines to choose from. They also provide wifi and seating so you can hang out in the building while your cycle is running. I highly recommend bringing your laundry here!!

Disgusting laundry with broken machines. This place is a rip off. Avoid. She never gives your money back, even though its her fault the laundry machines dont work.

Very clean and a good environment. Weve driven by here many times and it always seemed like people were smiling so when we needed do wash our blankets and comforter it was the first place we thought if. I am so glad we did. Everything was clean the person working was very pleasant and attentive.

Dirty, old. Some of the single load washers dont complete the spin cycle properly. Very wet clothes = more $ to dry them. Kind of disappointing 😕

This is a gr8 place to do laundry. Jst dont go l8 @ nite cause the cleaning crew is VERY rude. The owners r good abt listening to complaints & try to rectify what they can.

Great Customer Service!! Lost some white towels. Even though I didnt find them Vivian called me back right away on a Sunday. Olivia the worker is super friendly. Super clean.

Always clean. When machines take ur money you always get refunded. Lady in the morning is always smiling and friendly.

I have been coming here to do my laundry for about 2 years now. We enjoy coming here and now we get recognized and always get greeted.

Love this neighbourhood gem. Small but fully equipped and clean. Never over crowded (when I go) ...and fingers crossed it stays this way. ;-)
