I have had the absolute worst experience with PWS Laundry that I haveever experienced from any appliance sales company. I bought a SpeedQueen gas coin sliding dryers. It didn’t work and all the tenants werecalling and complaining because it didn’t work. Rick A(salesman) wouldnot respond. The installer (Robert) said to tell the tenants to pushThe coin slider in harder which didn’t work. Finally after two weeks ofNo help I was told to contact the service department. I calledVeronica at service early in the morning and after 5 1/2 hours Ifinally got John the manager. He was able to get Hector to doa repair. It turned out the coin slider was installed backwards. Iam not sure if the installers are trained but it seems like they shouldknow what they are doing because they only sell a limited amountof machines. I don’t know how this company stays in business withthe horrible service they provide.

I am in the construction business and we build salons all over the country. We build an average of 30 per year. We install a double set of washer/dryers in every salon we build and although we had never purchased anything from PWS before, we heard about them because they could sell us washer/dryers with PayRange already installed. The sales rep was super responsive up until just after we purchased the double set. Shipping took forever so we had to reach back out to see when they were coming. Then they arrive damaged and packaging was missing so they had huge scratches on them. We had to take the bottom metal piece out and hammer the dent out of it just so the washer could spin.So we send the pictures to A____ and rather than asking for entire replacements which we should have done, we just asked for replacement doors since they were so scratched up. This was January 8th. He apologized and said he would send them right out. We wait a week and check again. He says, The parts just arrived I will ship them out tomorrow. We wait another week. Then I ask again. Nothing. So I start calling the company, of course no one knows exactly what Im talking about so I get passed around and promised that something would be done. After 3 phone calls Im told the request has been escalated to the CEO or whatever position they have. Next day I get an email apology saying hes waiting on the parts department. This was 9 days ago but it seems like were finally getting somewhere. Then silence, no tracking number, no order. 2 days ago the salon owner calls me to ask when hes getting new washer doors. I call the company again and get nowhere beyond well take a message. Then I reach out via web inquiry. Still nothing... Our parts department was not wanting to send parts through them to resolve this damaged new equipment order as it is not a warranty issue. They neglected to tell me their unwillingness to do this so it has caused this to drag out. I got with the purchasing manager and we had to put this into the manufacturer as a damaged order. Anyway to make a long agonizing story shorter. We have ordered all three parts again which are 804083WP washer door, D511636WP dryer door, and 804617W bottom panel. I am so sorry for this mix up and delay but these parts should arrive to us shortly. I will keep you updated as well as CC you in on any emails regarding this.

Quite the worst experience in purchasing from this company. 10 day delivery time turned into 3 months and I almost lost a customer through it. Some parts turned out to be incorrect (despite correct part numbers given) and some missing from shipment. Customer service is anything but service, no call backs, no help...they couldnt care less

This used to be a good company to do business with... but lately my Parts dont show up, they take amonth to get sometimes or they never send them at all. And all I get is Im sorry sir....My business will be going elsewhere...

This company is a complete joke, dont bother. Order a scale from them with free shipping. They emailed and sd shipping was $69, so I said ok fine. Never got the scale not billed for it. Emailed multiple times, no response. Finally called, lady on phone couldnt help at all but said someone would call me back, of course they never did. After 2 months I gave up and ordered the scale from RB wire directly. Never have gotten a call or confirmation from PWS. Then a few days later I get a call from RB that they have two orders, one from them directly and one from PWS. Im guessing Im now going to get billed by both companies. Never again PWS... Never again.

They have recently increased the prices of the washing machines and decreased the time you get per dry. I also have seen cockroaches several times.

Called and ordered a part, three weeks later I received the part and it was the wrong one. They refused to let me return it or refund me.
