This place is amazing. I love the customer service and how clean it always is. All the ladies work hard but Diana by far always makes me feel welcomed. I walk in and right away greeted by my name and she ask how my day is going. Shes always cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of this place. I dont live anywhere near Burbank but her customer service keeps me coming here. My clothes are ready in a timely manner and smells so good.

I loved the staff and the atmosphere everybody is so nice!! I received a lot of help from Adela she always tends to smile and be flexible. I really like the fact that they use ozone especially with in these times/hardships we are faced today. It’s a very convenient and its definitely my favorite place to come and wash my clothes!!☺️

Great laundromat in Burbank! This place is very clean and they have lot of larger load machines-from 6 loads, 4 loads and 2 loads-washing machines. They also have larger size dryers too.I also like that they dont use coins. You just load the money onto a laundry card and use the card at the machines. Brilliant!!! Im so happy I dont have to get coins to go to the laundromat!

If your business closes at 8:00 and the final wash is at 7:00 or 7:30 then don’t have the one lady that works there (Diane) say it’s too late when it’s not even 7:00 yet!! This has happened on numerous occasions and it is absolutely unacceptable! If she’s in such a hurry to get outta there maybe she she find another job! Otherwise she should be grateful she has a job at all with all the folks that are out of work because of Covid! You people need to get your times of business correct so everyone is on the same page!

The attendants are nice but the washing machines here use less water which means your clothes do not come out really clean,only smell clean. The dryers do not dry unless you put four cycles to dry completely and many articles of my clothing are destroyed because of these machines.

Despite this place always having clients at the same time, there are plenty of washers and dryers empty. We have been coming here to wash our large items, blankets, douvets, etc - and its fast, quick and easy,

I go to this laundromat usually once a week. Its extremely clean and well kept. The ladies working there are polite and keep to themselves unless you need assistance.Parking is usually available in the lot, but I recommend avoiding peak times on the weekend (10am - 2pm) unless you want to wait for some of the larger washers. Every weekday evening Ive gone its been steady but low traffic with no issues getting a washer.

I have used their fluff and fold services several times. They are a lovely group of people, very helpful, very nice, and they always have my laundry ready within the day as promised. My clothes look and smell terrific each time. I highly recommend them!

Clean and friendly environment, most importantly dont worry about dollar bill or coins, you can just use your debit or credit card! Super convenient. I go here even though its 2.5 miles away but trust me it worth it.

Well for those of you who use a laundromat as I do, well Burbank Laundry provides a clean facility with clean restroom available for customers. You have the option of doing your own laundry or leaving your laundry and paying them to do it. Is located next to a 7Eleven and a park. Convenient parking.

The attendant was very rude. I asked for her assistance and instead she provided sarcasm and an attitude! You are working in customer service and if you don’t want to service others... find another job grumpy!

The laundromat is in a convenient location, has good prices and is always kept nice and clean. The woman who works during the day is so nice and helpful to everyone who walks in.

Pretty good deal.The Service: Staffs are at the counter. Very friendly to show you how to use the machine if its your first time.The Parking: Sharing parking lot with other retailers.

This review is long overdue, but better late than never :) My first experience in this place with one of the attendants name Gabby is what keeps me coming back. It was my first time, and I had a lot of questions.She was very attentive and very pleasantly answered every questions with a smile. Im a stickler for excellent service, and she delivered. She does so every time. In addition, to taking care of the customers, Gabby and team does a great job keeping the place very clean. Keep up the great job Gabby!!

I like going her to do laundry its clean will kepted some people are friendly here as will. I bring my Yorkie with me to do laundry as I wait for my clothes to wash. Im able to walk here at the park. The place is clean and shiny like a navy ship on inspection day. The washer and dryers are practically brand new and there is so much space to do your washing that it feels relaxing instead of cramped, crushed, or rushed. And the staff there provide a fluff & fold Service for those whose busy schedule leave them little time to do laundry. Parking is never a problem because the lot is quite large. And there is no need to worry about quarters anymore. You should be loads of money on your card and the rest is easy.

This place was absolutely filthy. Most of the washers were taken over by the fluff and fold lady. Four washers were out of order. There was a ton of grass in two washers. We ended up walking out.

I love this laundromat!! I’ve been coming here for months and it is clean and well attended. Yay no need to collect bunches of quarters because they have a laundry card that you can refill with cash or cc. I like using those big monster washers, yes it can be a little pricey but it definitely beats those cramped laundromats with the 70s wallpaper.

I love this place!! Every Thursday is my laundry day.Update 6/1/21. I have been doing laundry here for 5 plus years. Once a week, I like it because its clean good attendance at work are are very nice and theres a car charger and a 7-Eleven which is very convenient for me. I came in today to do laundry and I forgot my hangers, so I asked what appears to be the owner if I could buy 5 wire hangers she said they dont sell them. Would it have killed her to give me five wire hangers what would that have cost her $0.05? I think Ive spent enough money here where 5 wire hangers would not bankrupt her financially, customer service is everything and hers is not very nice

They do my sisters laundry weekly pressed and folded and ready to wear! Huge coin/Card machines. Like the Pac man game. But need more seating.

I was visiting LA and needed some laundry done and I found this place. One of the best laundry experiences I ever had. Very professional and helpful staff and the devices were clean and in perfect condition. In addition, the free WiFi was a big plus.

My washer broke.. and I found this little gem! Always very clean.. very friendly staff.. they play movies on big flat screens.. and they have a fluff and fold on premise.. last but not least.. 711 next door .. and petco and beauty supply across the street! One stop shop and clean laundry? Its a win win;)

Brought 1 item in for small alterations and dry cleaning. The estimated date was yesterday. I called yesterday& today and both times they just told me Its not ready. Ill call and give you an update and no update was given. Not the best customer service... Im a little disappointed.

I found this laundry mat on a humbug and I have been going to them ever since. The location is in a good spot and mostly has a lot of parking. There is an event hall right next to them so when whenever they do have an event they share the parking lot and it gets tough to find parking space.For the inside of the mat. Everyone is friendly that goes there and the staff is very helpful when you have a question. This laundry mat also has a fluff and fold service. The one thing about this laundry mat is that it is NOT COIN OPERATED but is CARD OPERATED and so you have to use their machine to place a balance on the card to wash clothes.The only downside that I very much dislike about this place is that the dryers are MAAAAAAAD expensive. And im not talking a $1 to dry... The dryers cost 85 cents PER 10 MINUTES ... So you are looking at 1.70 for a regular load and quite a few bucks for blankets or towel.

Enough parking, lots of washers and dryers, free wifi, big clean restroom, 2 TVs, good location

There was an incident with my clothes. They were stained from a tube of lipstick that missed my eyes and the sorting process. Im not blaming them for that lipstick, but man it was the customer service that made a not so great moment worse.They called me to inform me that all my clothes were ruined. When I asked specifically how many pieces, they said all of them. It totally freaked me out and escalated a situation that could have been handled better. When I picked up my clothes they showed me the clothes that were hit the worst and I asked again if all of it was as bad as they were showing me (the rest of the clothes were folded and bagged up). The shirts they had showed me looked really bad. Like Halloween blood had been spilt on it. They reiterated that all the clothes were like this. They should have taken the time to go through all the pieces with me because when I got home I went through everything and some of it was not ruined. 3/4 of the clothes came out unscathed. The way the talked about it to me as a customer had me thinking the worst constantly.I wont be going back. I get that mistakes happen, but when they do figure out how to handle the situation better. If anyone decides to go here, REALLY double check all your pockets because everything just gets dumped in together, whites, darks, jeans, and delicates went in the same dryer. The woman who talked to me said it wasnt practical to only dry four light colored shirts on their own. Really disappointed.
