So I had my computer guy (from my work) do a transfer from my old boot drive to a bigger SSD and when I got it back I had not display on my GPU. So I was thinking it was bad GPU but had to be sure, so I took it over to here come to find out its a bad motherboard, apparently my other computer guy must of short circuit the motherboard dont know how he did but it happen. Garnik help me out with a new motherboard a X570 MSI Gaming Edge WIFI ( Had a X470 Arous Motherboard) and I was able to keep my windows and all my stuff. The price was reasonable and Garnik was awesome and quick. Last time I ever let some guy at work touch my computer again. Highly recommend if you need a build or fixing your PC.

I came by just for some thermal paste and my man gave it for free, just that simple act made my day and I’m sure just like that act of kindness he will do it too others as well. Got my PC built by Gar at HeliX PC, clean, professional, on time, been working like a charm. He really knows what hes doing, contact him with confidence, I called many shops in the Los Angeles area, and he was the only one who knew what he was talking about, he knew about all the different parts available, very up to date on everything, highly recommended.

Hes an expert and can literally fix anything on your pc from software to building a brand new pc for you!!. I took my brand new pc that I built myself (#1mistake) because it wouldnt turn :(. I did everything I could to try to fix it myself (#2mistake) but it was something I wouldve never imagined it was in the other hand Gar spotted the issue right away. It was my pump cooler!!!! It didnt work even when it was a brand new cooler.. Now how in a million years I wouldve guessed that!?!?.. no way.. never.. Gar fixed it within few hours . He replaced my aio with an air cooler and at the same time he installed windows and other programs he knew I needed and were essential for the my brand new pc. Prices are very affordable.. Gar so nice he decided to give me a discount!!! Gar at Helix PC really knows what hes doing, Im a content creator, and a gamer, I called helix pc, Gar picked up, he sounded very confident and knew what he was talking about, this guy is an enthusiast all around and knows all the correct parts to use, I gave him an idea of how much I wanted to spend and he put something together for me, we agreed on a configuration and pricing, 2 days later, my new editing and gaming monster was ready for pickup! its running like a dream and I could not be happier, helix pc has a customer for life! I went to HeliX PC to get my computer fixed and upgraded. I had originally built this PC but ran into some issues with the cooler and motherboard, so brought it here. The pricing is very good. They fixed my cable management, cleaned motherboard, Updated bios, installed/moved fans, and installed an air cooler all for 100 dollars! Other places for PC Upgrade had priced it at around 250!! It was also very fast, they got it done in around 2 days.They really know what they are doing. I brought in the PC and told him I needed the motherboard cleaned and fans and cooler installed. I had originally planned to put these fans in other locations, but he gave me some good advice on airflow and adviced to put them different places. Very knowledgeable!In conclusion, I highly recommend going to this place for any PC related issues or needs. I will definitely be going back here if I have issues with my PC again.

Fantastic experience and I would recommend anyone bring their computer here. Fast professional service and Gar is very knowledgeable!I got a blue screen on my custom built PC and within an hour I got a diagnosis. The problem was solved the next day and I was informed of all costs up front. He even rearranged my components so my computer performs better at no extra cost.

Great PC store went in got all my problems fixed for a great price l. Garnik was super nice and honest and also hooked it up.Came back again for a new case and fans and once again Garnik gave me a great price for everything and did it on only 1 hour truly a great place to take your pc needs.

Well first off just to mention customer service nowadays is not a priority for most businesses. That being said customer service is excellent here and for once in a long time I felt what I wanted was important! Im so lucky to have found HeliX PC through a friend and once I read Yelp reviews I came by! I came in with both my work and personal MacBook Airs because both were overheating and shutting down and I had no clue why. Garnik repaired the thermal paste for both laptops within minutes and since then, both my laptops have been working to perfection! Neither overheat or shut down anymore. Im so impressed!! Garnik knows everything from Apple to Dells to towers, etc. I finally found a credible source for all my computer problems and needs. Brought in my PC for an issue I was having connecting my displays. Garnik took the time to fix some overall structural issues inside my computer and an unrelated BIOS issue in addition to resolving the original problem. Absolutely amazing! My PC is like got cancer. I took it to 2 places to no avail. One replaced the hard drive but the problem reappeared a week later. Another one straight up offered to do the same thing. Both did not have anything else to think of after their solution did not work out.

Was leaving for a business trip and needed to get my laptop worked on quickly and Gar was able to locate the issue and fix it the same day! Great service, friendly and will answer any questions you may have!

Best pc repair shop ive been to in years. Gar is a super chill honest guy. I actually brought in my laptop originally because it was having touchpad/keyboard problems. I told Gar that i make music and was in the market for a desktop and he happened to have a used HP Z820 Workstation for sale. I came in the next day and he let me test it out as much as i wanted so i downloaded Ableton and a couple other programs to see how itd perform. I mustve been there for at least an hour just testing it out and he was really chill about it. I ended up purchasing the PC for an awesome price and he even threw in an awesome gaming mouse & light-up touchpad at no charge and he even put a brand new wireless card in at no extra charge. I also picked up my laptop from him today and its working way better than before (no touchpad/keyboard errors). This guys is the absolute man, i couldnt recommend him enough!!Update June 2019:The pc i bought just started not booting up for some reason so i made a call to Gar and told him about it. He had me bring it in for a quick inspection, called me the next day and quoted me a very fair price. Turns out the pc had caught a virus since i had been putting off getting antivirus. My fault haha. Gar got me up and running with a new copy of Windows in no time and we called it a day by doing a little Street Fighter tournament on the arcade machine. Gar youre the absolute man thank you for everything!

THE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP IN LA--I needed help after building my PC and Garnik was absolutely wonderful. He was patient with all my questions, very generous with his time and answering in detail. Especially as a woman, I get weary of going to repair shops due to bro-centric vibes and being treated like a female ditz. We resorted to him rebuilding my PC and I wouldnt have trusted other shops Id been to throughout LA to do so. He did a really clean job and because hes familiar with 3D modeling softwares/necessary hardware he even helped me decide what kind of HDD to buy from Frys after I got f*cked by Maxon/Seagate.
