It is hard to change to another company when Jeff Ramirez and the rest of the team take care of you like family. Jeff has always gone out of his way to make sure I have the most competitive rates with reliable and credible companies for all our insurance needs. I would highly recommend them. When we had issues when communicating with Blue Cross, but Chris was there to help straight out our issues with Blue Cross. UA will be there when you need them. Ive been dealing with UAI for a few years now, specifically with Lucy Cruz. her professionalism and helpfulness will have me doing business with them for years to come. Shes gone above and beyond in her efforts to find me the policy thats best for me.

United Agencies and Yoselin have been great, always responsive and helping us with any questions we have.

Do not work with them! They are super unprofessional. They gave me insurance for our television show, only to then drop us without notice because an ACH withdrawal didnt go through. They didnt even have the courtesy of letting me know the withdraw didnt go through. If I would have been altered I could have made the payment and my insurance coverage would have lapsed. Now my team is without coverage. Unconscionable. Their President Jeff Ramoz has a very testy tone on top of it. When I apologized and offered to pay the entire year upfront he responded that I should look for another agency. Obviously thats exactly what I will do. Zero customer service and very badly organized. Dont work with them. They will leave you high and dry.

Once I realized the insurance company they had signed me up for gave me a quote at $102 cheaper than they had been making me pay, I called to complain. They spoke over every sentence I said once I was calling them out. Once I threatened to fire them, they just hung up on me. They don’t make effort or care about their customers. They’re lazy and unhelpful. Even the director of the entire agency told me that any other quote I got was wrong because otherwise it would be the same. They’re supposed to work for you, but they are more concerned with protecting their egos. They’ll hang up on you and won’t take your concerns seriously.
