Just switch from a different agent that was lazy and unprofessional to this location and i come to find the same treatment, definitely Tom is rude and unprofessional.. They can not acknowledge their mistakes and think him and his staff are 100% perfect and they are Not. Its sad that theres no professional agents around burbank..
