We just bought a second home in Henderson and insured it with Farmers, naturally! They made this new area for us feel most welcoming - easy processing and coverage with all the discounts available to us. Like family!

They helped my mother get an insurance policy cheaper than she was expecting moving from California to Florida.They worked with her and she was very happy with them.

They showed themselves very unprofessional, the prices for the policy are 1.5 times higher than in other companies. What other companies can do in 1-2 hours in this company it takes 7-10 days. Beverly Marchione was unable to help with the policy, so I was completely unhappy with their work. Beware of working with this company and better pay attention to other insurance companies.

Theyre always making sure you have what you need, and even contacted me to downgrade coverage to make sure I didnt have what I didnt need.In other words, they didnt just reach out to get more business, they checked my coverage to REDUCE my costs, too. Even more than that, Farmers corporate has been great. In the decade or more Ive been with David and Farmers, Ive had two claims. One auto and one homeowners. The result for both was a claim payout that matched the actual costs required to replace my totaled vehicle, and repair my damaged house. I thoroughly expected to be short-changed, cause hey, dont we all expect insurance companies to do that, since the profit incentive is to collect premiums and deny claims and service, but Farmers fully covered everything in every claim. I was admittedly stunned. Plus, they were fast, considerate, and covered things I didnt even think of. I was so pleasantly surprised, Id literally be willing to do a Farmers commercial and speak their praises. Thanks David, Dominic and everyone!

The home insurance rate is the most affordable compared to the other insurance agencies. When i was calling for the right home insurance company, the one who answered the phone was very helpful. I can not rate yet on how good they are in the claims department. Hopefully, it will never happen.

I had been with Farmers and David Nunez for some years and during that time have had no problems with the service. I recently switched because I am a handicapped senior citizen living on a very low income and found a cheaper rate via a government sponsored web site for senior citizens with low income. I otherwise would have not had any reason to change.

Ive had my insurance here since I started driving. Rarely had an incident, but the few times I had a claim, they have taken care of me, and got my car all fixed up, no issues. They even still send me a birthday card each year! :) Thanks for everything!

The office needs to be better about customer service. They dont return calls or close the loop on items they are working on. Not pleased with the service.
