I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Paoletta insurance agency for about 25 years now. I was originally referred to them from a trusted friend.At the time, I was having unbelievable problems with the insurance agency I was using. Trying to accomplish any new insurance coverage, cancellation of policies or needed coverage changes to my existing policies was a complete disaster. I would attempt to make required insurance changes and nothing would happen!Immediately after changing all of our policies to the Paoletta agency I knew our insurance needs and coverage was in good hands. The Paoletta agency is rapidly responsive to every need I have had since the day I first started to use their services. Beyond being responsive to my requests they are also very proactive in ensuring I have the appropriate coverage at the best rates possible. Over the years they have saved us a lot of insurance premium money. I can not speak highly enough about this whole insurance operation.For the most part, I am helped by Nicki L. in the Paoletta office. Nicki is beyond wonderful in helping me accomplish all my insurance needs. If Nicki happens to be out of the office on a day I need something I have found the other staff members at the agency are always helpful in getting me the required coverage or needed change that day. Nicki then follows up with me once she returns back to the office.I could go on and on about the wonderful service and group of people that work at this insurance agency. I do not think anyone that decides to use their insurance services will be disappointed.
