Well let me start with saying that Enrique Carvajal is the laziest and most unprofessional agent Ive ever met and so as his secretary, i open my policy with him about a year ago.. i kept waiting for him to submit my home insurance application to switch to state farm. Ive provided all the required paperwork and he never did and now my old insurance is charging my bank double. i kept calling to remind him about the matter and he kept saying ok i will do it this time HE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK and if you walk in there he pretends to be busy and tell you to go back later.. and now that i made a complaint to the company he is calling for some reason.. please dont go to this agent.. very very unprofessional.

This agent will demand paperwork which i sent and try his best to raise your premium so he can make a good commission off you even after i sent him what he asked i get a mail from statefarm that my premium went up i would recommend any other agent than this one

He could care less about my policy when I first started with him and customer service was terrible I had to call state farm directly for him to answer my calls
