I moved here 8 months ago and I am so happy that I made the move to Toluca Terrace. I have had the best experience so far with management. Brad and Courtney are kind, caring, and accommodating and are always very quick to respond! Neighbors are all very friendly and everyone seems to know each other - it truly feels like a little community. Not to mention you are walking distance to Vons! The building has gated parking and I always feel very safe and secure. I truly love this apartment and cant say enough good things about the complex, neighbors and management. I am so grateful to have found it!

After living in LA for almost 4 years, Toluca Terrace is the best place I’ve lived in. The apartments are very clean and quiet. Brad and Courtney are so helpful and kind! They made the application process so quick and easy. Our apartment was newly renovated before we moved in and it’s so wonderful! Nice kitchen appliances, hardwood flooring in the living room, and soft carpet in the bedrooms. We also have a super nice gym and a beautiful pool! Our parking is gated, patrolled at night, and we have assigned parking which is so nice not to worry about. Can’t stress enough how friendly the staff are and how clean everything is. My roommates and I are very lucky and grateful to live here. An added bonus is the 134, 5, 101, and 170 freeways are easy to access! The Burbank/Toluca Lake area is peaceful and has a Vons, Whole Foods, and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Brad and Courtney are seriously the friendliest people and they made moving in a breeze! SO happy I get to live here.

The commons areas are always clean. Neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. It has gated parking and is located near restaurants, grocery etc.Highly recommend!

I remember living here in 2011, and the management team was great!!! I moved back to California and came back to Toluca Terrace, to not only find Courtney still working there, which was amazing to find out, but the renovated ALL OF THE APARTMENTS!!! The quiet, nice, neighbor-friendly building was the same but all the upgrades that the newer buildings have! Management is quick to respond, and the maintenance repairs are fast, as in sometimes they come the same to do finish. They upgraded the gym, the saltwater heated pool and jacuzzi is amazing to have. They also installed Amazon Lockers!!!!!! I love living here, and makes my WFH life easier!!!! Move here!!!!

We lived at Toluca Terrace for over an year and we were so unhappy to leave our home . It is the best apartment around in Burbank, the management team, Brad and Courtney are so graceful and flexible. The apartment have good sunlight which lightens up your day. Amenities are good and we enjoyed every moment calling Toluca Terrace our home. If we were ever to return to Burbank our choice would be Toluca Terrace.

I moved here from Michigan 5 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find Toluca Terrace and make it my home. Ive been here for 5 years now and Brad and Courtney have been fantastic and are so kind and caring. I couldnt have asked for better management. Any maintenance issues I had were always addressed quickly and the maintenance staff are just as friendly as the management. The building has gated access so I always feel safe and secure, and the area the apartment is located is very safe and pretty. Theres a Vons within walking distance which is great for any quick grocery needs. I love this apartment and am so grateful to have found it!

Lived here for 3 years now. Staff/management is always friendly and quick to address any problems or concerns. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Amenities include pool/hot tub, gym, on site laundry, and assigned parking. Location is prime, close to restaurants, retail, grocery stores, etc. and the neighborhood feels very safe and comfortable. Love it here!

Toluca Terrace has been our home for almost 2 years now, and we highly recommend checking out the apartments! Brad + Courtney are incredibly kind and helpful with any questions, needs, or worries that come up. The Burbank/Toluca Lake area is close to the freeway, WB, and eateries (like Porto’s!), but still remains quiet and peaceful. Our apartment amenities of gym, pool, and common areas are always clean, safe, and relaxing! If this location suits you, I highly recommend checking out an apartment and seeing it for yourself!

Ive never been more pleased with an apartment complex since living in Burbank. The management team is very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient in helping you with whatever you need at any time.The quality of the apartments, amenities, location, and the over the top management team make this complex a home run.I highly recommend these apartments.

Just moved in and Have to say the place is fantastic so far. Clean, tidy, no stinky trash smell and people are friendly!

Just signed my lease here and have had the best experience so far with management. The apartments are gorgeous, they have great amenities with a salt water pool and spa, and the management team has been extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful with questions Ive had about moving to the area from out of state. Bradford and Courtney have made this big move very easy for me - and Im excited to move in this weekend!
