Erwin and Jose from the maintenance staff are fantastic and kind! They appear quick as lightning when we put in a maintenance request and always with big warm smiles! Theyre very capable and solve any problems we may be having. We always feel safe and comfortable having them in our home as well. Our bathroom sink was overflowing tonight but Irwin the maintenance manager saved our butts! He came to our rescue right away and helped us. He fixed the clog in the main water line- fast and super efficient. He was so helpful, the maintenance crew here rocks!

We stayed here in the past, and the management was lacking. We highly recommend this facility for your short or long term needs. Pricing is appropriate for the location and amenities. I’ve lived here for a couple months now and have loved my experience. Brendan from the Leasing Office has been very attentive from my initial walk through all the way through to getting me all squared away in my new place. Avalon Burbank has a streamlined process for their tenants to get all of their information switched over to the new address. I’ve had a few maintenance requests (ice maker, fire place pilot light, etc.) and I’ve seen time and time again the quick turnaround to see the maintenance staff helping me fix these needs. Each complex has an Amazon Hub locker that ALL mail couriers use for packages. I’ve not had a problem with packages since being here. The location in downtown Burbank is also unbeatable. A few blocks off the 5 freeway, you can get anywhere in no time. I enjoy having a covered and gated parking spot designated for me as well. I’d recommend this spot to anyone! My husband and I have lived here about 3 months now and LOVE IT! Great location but the community is so quiet and neighbors are all very respectful of noise. We’ve had a few maintenance things here and there from move in but the crew is here the following day, masks on, shoe coverings on, and have been so helpful and friendly! Literally no complaints!

We have been here 13 years. We love the staff, they are extremely helpful and welcoming. The maintenance staff, Erwin and Jose are just so amazing we never lack for anything. The office staff are great too.They make it so easy to live here and take care of all of our needs. We love our home.

Great customer service from the maintenance team, Irwin & Jose they showed up, and instantly had mask, and even foot coverings. They addressed all our issues, which were simple fixes (Lighting, Chimney, and Refrigerator noise) they took the time, to work as a team. I have only been here for 3 months and I have already been so pleasantly surprised by the quality, pricing, and hospitality of Avalon Burbank. Maintenance requests are processed and attended to immediately, any sort of help is simply a phone call away, and Brendan at the front desk is a superstar when it comes to pertaining to the needs to the residents here. 10/10 recommend this place.

Overpriced, falling apart. Maybe there was a time this place shined, but its just a memory now.Fix things after they break, no proactive maintenance unless it makes the building look more attractive to new renters (see new outside paint, oooooh). Every heat wave, a handful of tenants end up without AC, because half the units are from the 80s.Other things that remind me of Avalon. German roaches, broken gates, leaf blown hallways, leaky roofs, peeling cabinet facades, sewage stink from the sinks, rusted dryer drums, car break ins, disappearing packages, revolving door office staff.Office staff and maintenance are friendly, but Avalon itself is a mismanaged cash factory, squeezing the money out of its properties at the expense of quality of life, and basic preventative maintenance.Look elsewhere.

Avalon is an excellent apartment complex. Outstanding amenities and you just cant beat the location...dozens of restaurants and businesses within a couple of blocks.A special thanks to the outstanding maintenance team of Erwin and Jose. Tania and Juan are awesome. They were able to answer all of our questions and give us a virtual guided tour during the inconvenient pandemic. Our first week we were filled with questions about how everything worked and Brendan was able to handle all of them in a 10 minute conversation.Erwin and Jose of the maintenance team were phenomenal. They were personable and kind. We came home to 4 out of our 6 requests being completed. What a luxury. It definitely made us appreciate the Avalon even more.

Moved here in August, and can say has been a great experience, the location is great because you have acces to many amenities walking distance. Since day one I contacted Avalon offices they helped me in the whole process until i moved.Juan Diaz has been the person helping me on the whole process, I would recommend contacting him to any question before moving here and while living at Avalon.

Kayla and Juan are excellent A plus, very professional and easy to work with during our Avalon of Burbank apartment rental. They briefed us with our options and their availability, then did listened carefully to our requirement and the first apartment that they showed us was exactly what we were looking for. The Avalon rental process from start to the end is very efficient and easy to follow. The online system easy to navigate and all was done online. Kayla and Juan were very responsive and quick turnaround if any question/clarification and all said, I have NOTHING but, good to say about Kayla and Juan.

They must be faking reviews or something because theres no way this place is getting four + stars. My girlfriend and I have been living at Avalon for 3 months now and we couldnt be any more unhappy. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear your upstairs neighbors TV all night when youre trying to sleep. Management is unbelievably bad. They rarely respond to our emails, they come across very rude, The whole place is a mess.I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I know the complex advertises itself as luxury but it couldnt be any further from the truth.

Moving is stressful, especially at a time when everyone is already stressed. Brendan Sund helped us solve problems that came up as we were moving out. He was clear, kind and helpful at a time when our anxiety was making every decision difficult. Avalon burbank was extremely inviting and everyone in the leasing office was always incredibly kind and friendly to me, even though I had just moved out at age 20, they treated me with the utmost respect. The best thing by far about this complex is the location, a short walk away from a huge selection of amazing food, boba, cafes, and a huge mall. Absolutely loved that this complex had a huge parking garage, and pulling into the driveway with gorgeous fountains and beautiful lights and trees always had me feeling like I was living at a resort. The apartments themselves are very cozy and updated. We never had any issues with maintenance, they were extremely quick to fix all of our problems on the spot. I would definitely live here again. 10/10 highly recommend living here~

Looks good from outside. The pool and other amenities are impressive but a disappointment from inside. Apartments need remodelling as most of the interiors are old fashioned and outdated. Moved to another apartment in the same community . The apartment had lot of fixes which were fixed after i moved in. Still a few issues that need to be fixed. Place hasnt been cleaned in last 2 months I guess due to the covid 19 situation.The only positive here is the location of Downtown Burbank.

Avalon did make me feel like royalty. Although my personal living situation was not the best, the staff at this location made everything run effortlessly through the chaos. Andrew, Sheritha, and Ashley were exceptional. They went above and beyond in their service. Above and beyond I say! They even put in strong effort to host activities to bring fellow residents together. The response time for repairs and complaints were sharp too. I was often pleasantly surprised with it. I love the Avalon community. This is my second time living with them and I just find myself coming back to their hospitality and the wonderful staff that is always available. The amenities are absolutely life changing and the apartments are perfect for getting settled in to make it your new home. I am always telling people that if they need a place to move to or a way to start up a new portion of their life that they should look into any of the Avalon Bay communities and that they wont be disappointed.

Mahealani is amazing and has made the entire process from touring the building to moving in an absolute breeze. She’s incredibly nice and helpful and is always available to answer questions. She is also incredibly punctual in answering emails. She’s just awesome and greatly influenced our choice to move to this location.

Ive only lived at the Avalon in Burbank for two months, but Ive absolutely loved it so far. Its so convenient for everything Id need, and the staff here are fantastic. My main dealings have been with Theo so far, but hes never let me down and I feel I could come to him with any problem I have about living here. I shall be here a long while, I think!

Ive lived at the Avalon Burbank for 3 years and I dont see myself ever wanting to move. All of the staff at the office are so considerate and welcoming. Anything you need, theyve got it, no problem. Hunter Bateman has been extremely helpful to my family and I and is always on top of things. Not to mention the maintenance team, and how they will fix anything you need in a jiffy. I have no complaints on something not being fixed or handled after Ive filed a maintenance request. Im so happy to live in a community where I feel safe and welcomed, thanks to the Avalon staff and all who contribute.

I had the most pleasant experience at Avalon Burbank! I moved in recently and the move-in process was very quick. There were a few things that werent to my standards in my apartment, but it was handled so well by Jillian that I didnt focus on the problem, but the fact that she made me feel like it was a priority to get it taken care of. I am transferring from one AVALON property to the AVALON Burbank property. The community consultants Mahealani, Ashley, and Jenifer has been extremely helpful.!!! There customer service has been equal to the customer service you would find at the Four seasons hotel in Beverly Hills . They have been very detailed in what I need . And have been patient with all my questions . I’m looking forward to moving in to the AVALON property in Burbank and making this my new home .

We have been living in the Avalon apartments in Burbank for about 5 months now. And our experience have been very positive. Especially when dealing with the office staff. For example, I received 9 packages that were delivered to the office and when I called to ask for a cart to pick up my packages the office staff was super helpful. Mehea who works at the front office came all the way to my building to deliver the packages. She was very accommodating and kind. The facility is clean and the office is always very responsive to the resident’s needs. Highly recommend it!

I love everything about this community. Jillian, Dabrina, Megan, and Sonia have been extremely helpful and friendly with all matters during my move into Avalon. I am very satisfied with my apt and the building. There were no surprises with this move. The staff made sure to make me feel right at home and part of their Avalon family. The maintenance guys Orlando and Jose do they job in excellent way.* The amenities - Great pool and BBQ area* The location - its 30-35 min from DTLA when the traffic is very heavy. its around 15-20 minutes without trafficThe bad thing is a pricing policy. Looks like the prices are being managed by some AI software. Also it worth to sign a new lease for a different apartment rather than renew the current one. It looks strange for me

Sheritha Edwards is the bomb! This is from a long time resident: She has always been helpful, always cheerful. We are thinking about upgrading to a larger apartment, and she took the time to show them to us even though were still a few months away. We were treated as though we were prospective tenants and she wanted to win our business. As well, she is very knowledgeable about the company and the premises!

So I recently just moved here from Georgia and my overall experience with Sheritha has been GREAT! I was on a time-crunch which may have brought added pressure for her but she handled it like a boss. I moved into one apartment but didnt like it after I spent the night (it didnt feel private) and she was able to move me into another one I found down the hall in just a matter of hours. She really took care of me and thats all I could really ask for.

While loving the commodities and the location here, we were so satisfied with customer service. The staff, especially Sheritha helped us with absolutely everything and made the process of moving in faster and more convenient for us. 5 stars!

I have lived here now almost five years. Everybody is nice, helpful and cooperative to me and for me. However today I had a problem getting rid of some old and large/heavy furniture so it could be replaced by the new stuff I purchased recently. The maintenance department here at Avalon told me they could assist me and today In took advantage of their generosity. Jose, Alvaro and Omar came by and removed all the out going furniture and hauled it away. They even vacuumed the carpeting so the floor was clean prior to delivery. I have known these guys for years now and they are so nice and helpful and I want to thank them publicly as I did privately as well. Ken #219

Last evening a plumbing problem affecting two apartments necessitated a service visit. The repair required that the service manager work past 9 pm, at the end of his regular workday. In two-and-a-half years of residency, I have always found the service department to be prompt, attentive, courteous...a real plus for Avalon.

The Maintenance Team in Avalon Burbank is awesome . Very nice and profesional people. They are always when you need them as soon as they can. I live in this community for 6 years. And they are one of the reasons why me and my family still living here.Like always, good job!Thanks

I got to live here for exactly a month. Avalon has been the worst place I have ever lived in. Ashley who worked in the leasing office made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable. We were discriminated and harassed. We had to spend extra money on moving and do double the work as if moving wasn’t enough of a headache. I have an ESA animal and was asked to signed a paper because he was a restricted breed in the apartment while there was another owner with the same breed who did not sign that paper. I was questioned about my guests and told multiple times that my sister was not allowed to live there, I asked other tenants if they were questioned about their guests and they said no. Once I was living at the Avalon I heard terrible things about them and how unprofessional they are. Also they are not familiar with their lease and they do not go by what it says and their excuse is “we use this lease for all properties and some of the things don’t apply to this building”. My advice to anyone who is thinking about living here is ... if you are thinking about living here, save the hassle and the headache and go look for another building.

I have lived at this Avalon property twice now once for three years and now going on seven years. Its a great location in downtown Burbank and near the 5 freeway, the complex has a great work out facility and beautiful pool, BBQ lounge areas. The staff here is always courteous and helpful especially the maintenance crew they have always gone above and beyond to take care of us and make sure all of our issues are resolved quickly and correctly. I hope to continue to live here for many more years.

My teenage son, 23 year old niece and I have lived at Avalon Burbank for over a year. Every day as I walk my two precious Shihtzus Im amazed at the beauty of the property. Over the last few weeks, all the floors were painted in the hallways, new brighter light fixtures were mounted and the landscaping cut back to get ready for fall.We have gorgeous pools, outside BBQ grills, lounge areas are very safe underground GATED Parking. Ive always lived in a HOUSE.... but living in this pet friendly, people friendly apartments makes this more than a HOME.The office family of Jillian, Hunter, Teddy, Andrew, Theo will drop everything to assist if you need them. I looked myself out twice and they came right away.Jose Jose Jose Jose.. He is the boss over maintenance AND IS THE BEST EVER. From changing light bulbs to making sure the air unit is how I like it.. It’s a hit or miss with the customer service of this place, unfortunately with how much you pay for rent. Andrew in the office is super nice and attentive. Ashley was very rude when I addressed her with a problem I was having, this isn’t the first time that the women in the office were rude or disrespectful, I wish I could say better things about this place. It’s a nice area though?

I am going on my 8th year at Avalon Burbank. Moving to LA from the Midwest was a bit stressful but finding such a superb place to call home brought me so much peace and enjoyment. Avalon is in a great location with so many wonderful amenities but what really makes it so special is the outstanding office staff and maintenance employees. All of these individuals are top notch. I also wanted to commend Hunter Bateman, the Sales and Service Supervisor. He worked diligently with me during our lease renewal. It is obvious that he cares deeply about Avalon and it’s residents. I have always found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. I know that many of the residents share my enthusiasm in having him on the staff. I can proudly say that many of us long time Avalon residents feel that the Avalon staff is an extended family. Best place to live in Burbank!

Avalon Burbank was a fun place to live. The leasing staff is always helpful, attentive, and friendly. Furthermore the maintenance staff is always happy to lend a hand.

Sheritha is the only one helping me all the time. She goes above and her duty every time.

We lived here for 7 years. We loved it. Easy to move into and easy to move out of. Located super close to the freeway. Easy to walk to restaurants everywhere. Nice place to meet other people. Lots of kids to play with. Very walkable and with rockstar Burbank schools. The people in the leasing office are very nice to talk with.

Ive been living in Avalon Burbank since 2010. of course like every other residential units has its issues but mostly created by tenants. overall living in a 400 unit complex and the way leasing office & maintenance handles the issues, I should give a 10 STAR. Christiana has been so helpful, communicates, listens & takes care of problems. She always follows up after completion of service.

They renovated the pool and the front line to impress and mislead potential tenants and make good postcards for advertising but the inside needs huge improvement.The only things I find important are safety and location at a walking distance from downtown Burbank. But unless its paid by your company or youre in absolute rush, its better to consider other opportunities in Burbank - Glendale. Safety is tied to Burbank not Avalon.The price is crazy not worth the service. Its money thrown by your window.

The apartment is very nice and the crews are all very friendly and helpful.Just moving in and sure will have a nice stay.
