We have had rental properties in the sf valley since 2003 and have unfortunately had to try a variety of management companies due to lack of follow through, dishonesty, lack of work ethic and just plain rude to deal with. Perch Properties moved quickly and efficiently to get new tenants into the home. It took less than one month, during the holidays (Xmas & New Years) & a pandemic to complete a few repairs, clean, stage and have multiple tenants to choose from. Janaka has a variety of contacts for repairs and/or maintenance issues as well as easy, quick tips to show the property at its best (other companies weren’t willing to do the work but took their management fees without hesitation). All estimates and repairs were reasonably priced and completed quickly. We have only worked with Perch Properties for about 4 months but it has truly been a pleasure and a stress-free process. Hes super nice, follows through on everything he commits to, does everything on time and is always easy to get ahold of. If something breaks, he finds a good price or gets it done himself.
