I’ll give two stars in hopes that you guys have gotten rid on that unprofessional lady who is dealing with business professionals who lease trucks through your company. Her attitude is just unnecessary. Definitely not the level of customer service we have become accustomed to working with Ryder. Never got her name but don’t let her be the reason you lose business. X her ASAP

Great customer service, reliable trucks

Customer service is absolutely a joke. Won’t even fix everything that were requested.I know we’re in a hard time, but it’s beyond understanding.

Trucker friendly, great truck service....tire tech took 5 minutes, mechanic had new filter on and I was back on the road in 1/2 hour!!! 👍

Its Friday at 12pm and getting my truck fixed..they got me in right away. Nice guys. Never used Ryder truck leasing before..so this seems pretty good so far

One of your vehicles damaged my car in a hit and run. I have video proof of the incident and the description of the driver as well. Of course, I called Ryder and they were extremely unhelpful. I guess the only way to get any cooperation from them is threatening to get a lawyer which I will have to do!!!!

As a stock holder and someone that worked for Ryder the service department is slow. What happened to the Ryder I use to know.

Sucks. My truck is a national Ryder account but I’m local. All I ever needed from here is fuel and I’ve never got it in less that 30 mins. Go to Gainesville. These fuel guys are jokes
