This store is lying to me. I have a company account and I know it pays for everything, but he made me pay for the box and cushions. He says he cant pay for it because hes a franchisee. And if you pay directly through the store rather than UPS, they will ship it for $1,000 and deliver it within 10 days. When I said I didnt like it, I changed the word to take it directly to the UPS hub.

This was the absolute best experience at a UPS store. Very clean, quiet, and efficient. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating. Overall great experience and I would go out of my way to come back to this location!

Greatest Ups Store in all of Georgia. I go there every week the employees are very very helpful always. Very good location I highly recommend it. M. Wasim he was a really nice person and hes very experienced and been there for 4 years

Went in for a notary appointment at 10:30 and was told the notary was usually late and to come back in 20 minutes. So I waited for the notary to come. I went back in and asked if she was there. The dark haired woman at the front told me no. I informed her that I had an appointment and I was very busy today so I couldn’t wait. She says “well it’s great that you had an appointment but she’s not scheduled to be here so I don’t know what to tell you”. Why would you have appointments available online and not have anyone there? I made this appointment over a week ago, they should’ve known that there was an appointment.Update- went to another location and asked for a notary. Immediately was greeted by a kind man who told me everyone in his store was a notary. I was in and out within two minutes. Much better experience at Suwanee location.

A simple task that I usually have completed at the UPS store in suwanee, however running short on time I went over to this store. Lady kept telling me I needed my Amazon items packaged when it clearly reads in my app that I have packageless delivery at UPS apparently she’s never heard of such a thing.? Anyway,, so now I just had to drive to my regular store and they are more than willing to help. Sorry to inconvenience you to grab a box, and before the manager Decides to reply with the statement “ which box did you choose on amazon” I absolutely checked the no label no box required, yet I still had an issue.

Do not use this store for prints. Ive tried them three times and each time it is a disaster. Keep in mind, the print jobs I send them are very simple and not elaborate in any way. Each time Ive been to pick them up (after they have told me they will be ready), they are not ready or the staff has no idea where to locate them. Save your time and go elsewhere. The training and/or communication needs to be improved dramatically.

Avoid this UPS location like the plague- literally! When I went in, only one employee was wearing their mask. The others had theirs hanging and one wasnt wearing one at all. Customers were not asked to wear a mask either and there was NO social distancing. A good place to catch COVID! I am amazed they havent been reported to the health department and shut down yet. Well, theyre about to be reported by me 🤷‍♀️

I sent an overnight package to MD on Dec 1st from this franchise. I was in at 8:45 in the morning and paid $126 to get it there by 9:30 the next morning. They said it may be a little later than 9:30 and I understood that might be later in the morning. It wasnt delivered at all the next day! I called UPS and was told that they didnt receive it from that franchise until 8pm and that was too late for the promised delivery. They also told me that the guaranteed morning delivery had been suspended from November 30th until December 5th. This franchise sold me a service that was suspended. I paid double what End of Day would have cost, even though they knew it wouldnt be delivered as I expected. I trusted their service and they essentially stole from me.

I went in to this location vs my usual store because they were open one hour later. I asked if there was shipping available to make sure my package could be delivered by Saturday. The gentleman working said yes, you can send it for $31. I agreed to pay as it was my fault not mailing sooner right?My package is STILL in transit. 😢 I would not have this reflect poorly on the store except the person who just answered my call was unbelievably rude to me.She basically said who am I to have even requested a time frame in the first place when everyone knows that there are NO delivery times offered since February. 😳 The employee did not specify any options or state this during my time in the store.Should there be recourse for charging for 2day when 2day is still not available?Please go to the other location where they are more honest and helpful.

Since July, almost all shops, whether staffs or guests are all wearing masks. But the staff here are not. This is extremely irresponsible to customers at this sensitive period.Another thing, If it wasnt for Amazons drop-off and it requires to go to UPS, I would definitely not come to this location again. Employees sit on chairs and chatting even the customer already walked-in, they wont take the initiative to stand up and say hello or how are you until they have done their chat. You have to stand there and wait for a few minutes even you are the only client there. Then the Indian lady just said come here instead of greeting you first. Im wondering has she done any customer service training before she got her job?I highly do not recommend the service of this store. I suggest you to go to UPS at other locations or FedEx and USPS instead.

Ive been to this store a couple times. So far, its been treating me right. Staff is nice. I go in and leave quick but Im just returning things so I cant really speak on anything else. Only complaint is that its just a bit small but just some minor gripe.

All staff members seemed polite and helpful. Got in and out quick as did the customers around me, which speaks volumes as Buford can get crazy busy sometimes! I had to do a few different things and the sales associate who helped me, Crystal, was so nice and really helpful! I think that was her name, the beautiful African American girl with the prettiest hair jewelry! I had a couple random questions and she helped me a ton. Big smile, eye contact, she was super professional and helpful. Yall are lucky to have her! Thanks for the great service!!

I am still awestruck by my experience today at this UPS Store. M is superb; he is aware, patient, and poised. I have retail management experience, and receiving/shipping experience, I understand the dynamics of both, and M completely nails it, quietly, professionally, and well-paced. Hey guys, this location is NOT for the entrepreneur-on-the-go. This location charges $2 to send an email to them to be printed and an additional $.15 for the print (standard for print). Head on over to the Dacula location... they charge $1 and .15 for the print which is sensible. Dacula is also WINNING with customer service. These places helpI’d run out business... choose wisely.

The store wanted to charge me $2 and some change for printing an amazon return label even though I had all sorts of codes. All other locations of UPS do print a sticker label at no additional hassle or $2 drama! There are reviewers on Yelp for this store who had a similar experiences.

I work all the time with this people and is amazing the way how they do the customer service, call dedication, responsibility, respect, experience, caring.If you have a bad day with stress, when you pass that door; they will make your time pleasant, sometimes funny but focus on get a better service.If you get a box you will be first, because you are a regular plus when you get out of there will be a relaxation. Thanks guys you do a wonderful job and I am not related to any of you in any way, but when I see efficiency I need to write about.

HORRIBLE. I am not cheap. I don’t use coupons and I tend to splurge. As a matter of fact, I spent over $100 shipping things from this store just because I failed to bring my own box and tape or whatever.But today, I found the perfect box to ship Knick knacks to my parents. A shoe box. So I came here and the guy asks me if this is a return? I said no. Then he says that I cannot send it in a shoe box because it’s damaged. I said, oh this tab can easily be fixed with tape. He refuses and says that the box is not a shipping box so I must pay $7 for their box plus tape plus shipping which would amount to over $50. What? I was an oblivious loyal customer. Not anymore! I took my little shoe box and shipped it at the post office for less than $15. These people are greedy!!!

I’ve always had great experiences at UPS stores all over the country, not this one.First when I walked in I wasn’t even acknowledged by the older gentleman in the front desk. Once he finally noticed me waiting there I told him I was there for an Amazon return.Amazon has this service where UPS just scans your phone, they print a label and pack everything for you at no cost.This older gentleman had no idea about this, so I kindly explained to him how it worked. He started being rude about it and saying that I had to buy packaging and pack it myself, I told him no again, and showed him my phone with the instructions CLEARLY showing that I didn’t have to do that.He just got super frustrated with me, and so did I, so I asked for my item back and just left.This kind of behavior is unacceptable and this honestly ruined my day.I’ve done those kind of amazon returns many times before and usually I’m in and out of the store in less than a minute.Anyways, I hope the store owner sees this review and can do something about it. I’m also emailing corporate about my experience.DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE!*update*The store replied to my review and still doesn’t believe me. Corporate, we have a problem. Please look into this particular franchise location in regards to customer service. I have made many Amazon returns at this location where you simply return the product, unboxed and unlabeled. UPS scans a code from your phone and done! Today I was returning 4 items; 3 of which had this code and 1 had a printed label. I presented the labeled item, unboxed, and the attendant proceeded to berate me in front of a store full of customers about how they don’t just give out free boxes and he asked me if Amazon shipped the product to me without a box!?! I explained that I have made many returns without needing a box, yet he persisted with his insults. I thought the days of cranky salespeople were over especially when a negative Google review carries weight. Anyway, my next 3 items were processed without needing boxes. I pointed out to him that this is often the case now, if not the norm! He repeated that he is not paying for the packaging for the 4th item; which I never asked him to. I would have appreciated a calmer and less demeaning explanation that certain Amazon items still require the customer to provide their own packaging. Contentious interaction with a full store is never a good policy. Sad, because this particular UPS store used to provide good and friendly service.

I have been using the (Mall of GA) area Buford UPS store for 7 close to 8 years in a row. Their customer service is fantastic. I am the owner of Global Freight Systems and we use them for the mail box and several other business services. The staff is very pleasant, just go in and check them out sometime and you wont be disappointed.

I’m not sure if this guy is the owner or what but every time I’m in there he is always trying to upsell me and automatically choose more expensive options for me when I clearly state that it doesn’t matter how long it’s gonna take for something to get there I just need the cheapest option. But it’s like he doesn’t care and is just trying to to get all the extra money that he can instead of listening to the customer. So then I have to tell him that I know that there’s cheaper options then he finally breaks down and find the cheaper way to send it. ....BECAREFUL!!

Needed to print a label. Its .20 per page, thats fine. However, tgey wanted to charge $2.00 for me to simply email it to them from my phone. Last time I checked, sending emails doesnt cost anything. Ill stick with the other ups stores.

Yesterday, it was my first time dropping off a package to be shipped internationally. I printed the shipping label from online but I didnt know I had to put the invoice outside not inside. They still accepted the package but eventually the package was returned back to me. Today I went in the store to make sure I attached the invoice correctly and when I asked, the person behind the counter simply said he doesnt know. Didnt even care to look. Being a UPS store, I would imagine they know at least what is needed for shipping internationally. I wouldnt have wasted a trip yesterday if they knew I was missing the invoice. Maybe its because dropping off a package doesnt make money for them, I dont know.

Terrible and Untrustworthy - Walked in here to ship an item to myself as I was going to the airport to fly home. First, when I walked in I said I needed the item packed and shipped to myself. Without explanation of cost, the worker went to package it. This was only mildly irritating as I knew itd need to be done anyhow.Then to figure pricing, I repeatedly said that I wasnt concerned with speed and wanted whatever the cheapest shipping price would be. I said this, maybe 10 times (no exaggeration). I work in shipping and had a pretty good idea what it would cost to get the item home. This item was less than a pound, did have awkward sizing, but - when they came back with a price of $54, I was floored. I asked if they were kidding and their reply was that it was the option I chose from the options they gave me. Even though when they gave me the options to choose I kept saying I didnt care about the options, I just wanted the cheapest price.Finally, they relented and told me they could ship it for $12, but that it wouldnt reach me for 7-10 days. This was such an infuriating situation. It was obvious the franchise owners have taught their employees to up sell even when it makes zero sense. I dont live anywhere near this UPS store, but I felt obligated to share this so anyone who might use them will realize they are underhanded and quite untrustworthy.

My Wife went there on 7-14-18 at 4:50 PM to return a sweatshirt that our 14 year old daughter had bought that was too small. The sweatshirt cost $40.00. I know, crazy right? But it was for her travel soccer team. She said that she felt immediately rushed by the Associate as he mentioned a few times that they close in 10 minutes. So she proceeded to ask what was the best way to return said sweatshirt that was shipped to us originally (by UPS ironically) in a large soft bag. Heck, she even brought the sweatshirt in the original shipping bag. She was then given a box to package the bag in. Why not another soft bag? Long story short, my Wife arrives back home and hands me the receipt to return a $40.00 sweatshirt. The total was $35.81. WOW was my reaction. After giving my Wife and earful for being so gullible I attempted to call the location to ask about the transaction. This is now at 5:15 PM and they are now closed. So this morning at 8:58 AM I call and speak to someone. After explaining the story he tells me he has to boot up his computer and that he will call me back in 5 minutes. I dont hear anything so I call him back at 12:00 pm. He tells me that he is holding my package and has put it to the side but he needs to wait for the person who originally helped my wife on Saturday to get in at 12:30 pm and he will help me fix my issue. Ten minutes later another person calls me back and tells me sorry, but UPS picked up the package on Saturday at 6 pm. I proceed to tell him that the person I spoke with ten minutes ago was holding my package so it was impossible that it was picked up on Saturday. I then told him that I didnt appreciate being lied to. He continued to lie and say the package had left already so he couldnt cancel the transaction and refund my money. he then asks to call me back. 10 minutes later he calls me back and says he located my package. Hallelujah.... He then mentions that I have to come back to the store by 5 PM if I want to cancel the transaction because that is how his computer system works. He can only do it today, on Monday, for a transaction that was completed on Saturday. I work in downtown Atlanta. This store is 35 miles north of Atlanta. Begrudgingly, I tell him to go ahead with the shipment and that he will be hearing from me via this online review. They must need the $29.00 they overcharged my wife more than I do. Heck, I spent $50.00 of my time typing this review to let the rest of you know to AVOID this place. Never again! There appears to be a Fed Ex location very close. Choose wisely...

The man searched the building for the package and after a few minutes,when he found it, told me he would hold it until I could come in today. He was very accommodating. I came here originally to ship an overseas study program application to Berlin, and the staff was extremely courteous even though I was a bit stressed out (was a little late be shipping the application on my part). They gave me a guaranteed delivery and managed to put up with me and calm me down, which has got to be commended. I’ve gone back a few times and it has been nothing but pleasant every time. I don’t ship often but when I do I make sure to come here, they always walk me through all my options and even ship USPS. I would definitely recommend this location and always tell my friends about this UPS Store when they ask for help on shipping.

Worst UPS I have ever been to. They charge $36 for notary. The manager didn’t even mention anything about the price for notary before he signed it. He asked me to pay cash for it so that it would not be in the system then he spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out how to charge me $36 on the computer when I said I want to pay by credit card. Why do we have to pay cash for notary here when we don’t have to at other UPS. Don’t ever come here. Even the manager tries to scam customers for cash. Stay away from this UPS!!!

I was trying to return an Amazon package. The employee at this UPS told me that I had incorrectly printed my label even though I had printed exactly what Amazon sent me. The printed label had the location and barcode. It should have been eligible for shipping. I told the employee I was okay with sending it and if a problem arose I would contact Amazon and deal with them. The employee then called her manager over and he wanted me to sign some handwritten paper saying that they had warned me and I wanted to send it anyway. I felt very uncomfortable and like my business with UPS was being taken advantage of. I had no intention of getting this store in trouble with Amazon. I now will never step foot back in this UPS store.

I was charged $5 for packing tape the other day. I had two boxes that just needed to be sealed up. The clerk told me that I had to buy the tape instead of borrowing (very little) tape that another clerk was using behind the counter. Nickeling and Dimeing customers...what a great business model. NEVER going here again...

I have my Po Box in this store since a moved to Ga 2yrs ago when I could have change the mail to my house but the customer service is so awesome I this store and Haniff and Carry greet everyone with a contagious smile that it makes it difficult to move out.Even when my address is not completely accurate they know when is my package and hold it, this is an awesome customer service store and certainly recommend it for your PO Boxes or printing needs👍🏻
