From the time I pull in until I leave everything runs smooth. The gate guards are professional and nice. Customer service gets 5 stars for being helpful and knowledgeable. And the guys that bring my product are always on time.

It was extra busy with work speeding around in forklifts... thank goodness a nice worker saw me waiting and helped me.. I was there for about 30 mins

I would give them a 5 because their delivery service is great, but laying good hard-working people off in a time like this is why I do not think they even deserve 1 star. Fedex Freight has no cares for its employees.

Out of all the FedEx freight shipments Ive dealt with, and there have been many, i never had a serious problem. The folks that work here seem to have great attitudes and have been helpful. When i show up for a dock pickup in a pickup truck with an 8 box and have two inbound pallets with 2000 lbs of individually boxed items, they often eagerly offer to unload everything into my truck box by box so i can better balance the load and leave the palets which is helpful. The lady at the guard house whos there in the morning is great. She has my licence plate memorized! Just ask her! Shell know who wrote this review!

They need to deliver the correct package to the correct house I received a package from a home a mile away on the side of my house and then my email said my package was delivered at my front door not true this was very important to get today now I can not complete my project because my package is lost and they cant find it thank you Fedex I dont understand how this can even happen I will ship through UPS for now on thanks for nothing .

I would give them a 5 if they will ever call me for an interview.

Extremely friendly people willing to explain any and everything

A staff member from FedEx called and left a voice mail to call back - called 3 times with no answer (voicemail option not setup)

They delivered a heavy package to me, but instead of maybe asking us to help him get it to the door or even out of the truck I watched him push the box out of the back onto the ground and he barely made it halfway into the driveway and just left it in the middle of the driveway, no knock on the door or anything... and when we opened the box to put the furniture together it was broken exactly where it was dropped onto the pavement from the back of the truck. Thanks FedEx!Oh and about an hour later another package was delivered to our house for a house that was about a mile away from us.

Among the absolute worst places to work. Absolutely vile. David Hitt (Service Center Manager) is one of the most incompetent, and dishonest excuses for a human being that you will ever run across. He runs a trucking terminal and yet, has never been inside of a truck. Explain that!? This place is trash! So many other great places to work. Forget the brand. Go to any of the other LTL carriers. Just Google!
