The staff was the most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced from past dental offices. Dr. Richardson procedures were painless, quick, and efficient. The dental assistant Sam was very reassuring, kind, and overall very good at her job!

Being in nursing school & working a part-time job, it’s very hard to find time to fit in dentist visits. The ladies at the front, Maritza & Heather make it super easy to schedule a time that works best for me. I had a cleaning with Brenda and she was absolutely amazing! She showed me my problem areas and explained what I can do to improve them. The cleaning was fast and effective making it so worthwhile! Everyone at the office is incredibly nice and I will definitely be coming back!

I hate the dentist but my visit was really nice and easy. Brenda is a great hygienist and made the process easy. Front office girls were very helpful and the doctor explained everything very well!! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a new spot. They are lots much fun and inviting!

I just had to share how AMAZING this place is!!!!! My husband and daughter have been going here for years and I’ve always loved the Drs. and office staff there when I would take my daughter in. I was just a huge chicken when it comes to going to the dentist myself. I eventually had to get a cavity filled today and my experience could not have gone any better. Everyone there is so friendly, Christy was amazing and so personable. She put me right at ease immediately. Dr Richardson was so sweet and gentle I literally could have gone to sleep while he was filling my tooth. He explained everything that was about to happen before it happened so nothing was a surprise and it didn’t hurt AT ALL!! I cannot recommend this place any more highly. Their prices are so reasonable and they never try to push you to spend more than you need to. They have my complete trust. They are a God send and I’m so glad I finally experienced what my family has been telling me all this time. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Which is huge for me. Ive been a patient of Lake Lanier Smiles for many years now and have never had a bad experience. Ive referred many family members and friends who have all become regular patients as well. This morning Brenda was my hygienist. She was very gentle and caring that I had a recent neck injury and continued to ensure that I was comfortable. She explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and offered advice where needed. Dr. Richardson is always polite and takes time to answer questions. This is team is not like other facilities that try to push you toward unnecessary treatment. The facility is clean and inviting. I have been in horrible mouth pain since 5 am this morning. Google this Dentist office for emergency help with my pain. After the Dentist Micheal Richardson irritated my mouth even more and charging me $50. He sent me home with a prescription of Antibiotics which I know will help. But for the pain over the counter Tylenol and told me it was prescription grade. Two other employees agreed with his lie. Now I need to go to the emergency room to get real help to relieve my pain so I can sleep. This dentist office is not helpful in emergency pain management. I hate I drove 30 minutes away from my home to experience below standard treatment.

These guys are my new favorite dentist!! All of the employees I spoke with were very kind, informative and helpful! They were upfront about everything and kept me comfortable. I am very pleased and glad I gave them a try!

Coming here for my first appointment after forever was wonderful!! I came on Wednesday the 7th, and all of the staff were the absolute sweetest. Despite the current state of my teeth, Lake Lanier Smiles makes me feel like a kid again. With my longstanding history of soda and coffee consumption, long gone are the days of routine cleanings, but Dr. Kim and his team make quick work of stubborn problem areas.

Upon arrival for my dentist appointment the dental team was very courteous to follow up my schedule and the dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was immaculately clean! We had just moved from Texas and needed a dentist for us and the baby who had just turned 1. They got me an appointment for the next day to check the baby. Everyone from the front lady, the hygienist to the doctors were really good, caring and extremely knowledgeable. My prior dentist dismissed my pain as an ear problem (I needed a root canal). I got a root canal at the endodontist but needed to see a new dentist for the permanent filling. To make matters more stressful I just accepted a new job and was going to lose my dental insurance for 3 months (the waiting period for benefits at the new job). They were able to fit me in the same day to do the permanent filling before my insurance ran out. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I had over an hour wait after my appointment time but I cant complain since they took good care of what I needed and did it within the insurance deadline I needed. Thank you!!!!

At then end of last month I had my first dental cleaning done at Lake Lanier Smiles. I was greeted with the warmest welcome to the practice and got to work with one of the nicest assistants for the first part of my appointment. Gabee took my X-Rays, made sure I was comfortable, listened to my concerns and educated me on different dental terminology and the flow of the appointment. Donna, the hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and also educated me on what perio charting numbers mean and the health of my gums. Dr. Richardson did a thorough exam of my teeth and was informative as far as my options for treatment I may need in the future. My dentist of 15 years retired last year and while that is unfortunate, I know that I have found a practice that cares about my oral health, educates during appointments and takes their time with me so I feel important. Thank you all for a great first appointment and transition into a new dental practice!

Ive been going to this dentist for years now and allways had a good experience, polite staff and fair prices and have allways taken care of me and worked with my schedule. I moved over 50 miles away 2 years ago and could not find another dentist with the same level of service so I still to this day make the trip, more than 100 miles to see them and I will continue to do so, give them a try and you wont regret it.

I have been a patient at Lake Lanier Smiles for approximately 2 years and everyone is so nice and kind to me. They make it much less stressful than it used to be for me to go to the dentist. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the front desk check out lady doesn’t seem very well trained and couldn’t answer questions clearly for me regarding cost. And I am on a strict budget and need to be aware of what my costs are before scheduling a procedure. She couldn’t really help me with exact pricing regarding an implant.

I like how nice all of the staff was to me. They made me feel comfortable and throughly went over my options. I would say it’s pretty affordable and I definitely recommend them!!

Lake Lanier Smiles is an excellent dentist! I went in to get some teeth pulled and expected pain and tugging, but Michael Richardson was kind and took his time. He explained everything he was doing while working and discussed a treatment plan at length before working. He gave me several options for the treatment plan explained the pro and cons and did not pressure me to get the most expensive procedures. Lake Lanier Smiles is the best dentist I have been too!

I visited LLS for the first time a few days ago with the assumption that I would need 2 root canals based on previous dental observation. Dr. G did a very thorough examination on my teeth to make sure the diagnosis was 100% precise. It resulted in me only needing 1 root canal and 1 filling.. cutting my cost in half. He was very professional and personable. His assistant, Gabee, was an absolute delight. She was so funny and did a great job at bringing positivity to what most would find to be a nightmare. Overall, the whole team at LLS are wonderful and very professional. I couldn’t be happier to be one of their customers. 10/10 recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a place they can trust!

I loved this place! Every time Ive been to a dentist ive went in for one thing and I would get bombarded with 1000 other things that are wrong with my teeth. I told them what I was there for and not only were they so nice and understanding of my issues but they did not go any further than that. I didnt feel like they were making me do something. Broke my bottom right wisdom tooth. Lucky 32 wooo. Well I am u insured so everything I have done including emergency oral surgery comes out of pocket. Of course that leaves me going with the cheapest options. Im ridiculously low income. Couple shots in my jaw an they proceeded to butcher my face. Leaving my jawbone exposed. Its been a entire week an its slowly healing. About as painful as the broken tooth with exposed nerve. Gaping hole in my cheek an jaw with bone exposed... wont use them again.
