The facilities are nice and clean. The keep everything cleaned and disinfected after you use each piece of equipment. The staff are friendly and down to earth.I thought the process was very fluid and I didn’t have to wait along time nor did the staff leave you alone. I would recommend them.

As soon as you walk in, you feel the warmth. You feel so at ease here and they treat you like family. I would still come here even if my insurance was not in network with them. I had a great first experience at Buford Dental. Each and every staff member I encountered was courteous, kind and made sure all my needs were met. Ms. April is an amazing hygienist. She is so knowledgeable, detailed and gentle. The insurance coordinator took her time to explain coverages in a way that I could understand and felt comfortable with moving forward. Both dentist were great. Dr. D was amazing, I just know he is going to have my teeth looking great and healthy, no doubt about his skills and knowledge.. I appreciate Dr. Trans honesty and integrity with his consult and letting me know that Invisalign would not work me. I am looking forward to my continued service with this team.

The dentist is great he is very good but I got a quote of $42000 for my wife and I and then decided to check another dentist where I got a quote at $11000 for the same work. I ask the staff for a copy of our x-rays because we need to give our new dentist and they e-mail it to me but it was impossible to open so I send it to the new dentist office thinking they might have a special software to open it and they couldn’t. I paid over $300 each for these x-rays and with my new dentist I paid $50. Please be careful if you worried about your money.

This place is THE BEST! I haven’t been in 6yrs. One thing I loved is the fact that they show before & after pics. I was comfortable, April was so great to talk to & made the process so easy. The front desk staff are so welcoming. Dr. Tran answered any concerns that I had. Very clean as well!

We moved from Kentucky and were looking for a new dentist. We read reviews hoping to find one that we would be comfortable with and found Buford Dental. They made us feel very welcome. Our hygienist, April, was so personable and friendly. Dr. Dom was very nice as well and explained things in detail. I love that Michelle provided us with an overview of my dental coverage and went over the next steps for our treatment plans. The office is very clean. Overall, a great experience from the beginning to the end.

I would not use this dental location if you have a choice. They gave me an estimate and ended up being almost 25% off on the estimate. The amount I paid was $86 more than it was estimated. The insurance said they never checked to see if some of the services would be downgraded even though they had all my insurance details. Being that much off on an estimate when you have guidelines from the insurance company is unacceptable. Use this facility at your own financial risk.

Ive tried a few dentist offices around the area over the last couple years but from the moment I walked into Buford dental I was impressed, the waiting area is super organized and clean the staff is very professional and friendly and well the doctors and hygienist are personable and do outstanding work. I know you dont really hear this about a dental office but I look forward to coming here!

Love love everyone here. I wanted to wait to write a review before I really had a good sense of who they are and their services. It’s my 3rd or 4th time there and each time I had nothing but the best experience. Everyone is so kind and patient. The dentist and doctors all know what they’re doing, excellent bed side manners. Shout out to Michelle who really takes her time to explain and breakdown things down to make sure you understand everything. Especially recommend great places to eat, free of charge! lol. My wife will be going there as well as my daughter when she’s old enough.

I can honestly say this was a different type of dentist office. Every single one of the staff who work at the front counter and greet you are extremely nice. The staff is constantly professional. We started using Buford Dental this year. What a fantastic dental office. The staff is super friendly and helpful. All of our experiences at the office have been outstanding. Dr. Dominique had to replace two cracked fillings yesterday. I could not even tell he was drilling on my teeth. The day before April was my hygienist and the cleaning was great with no issues. If you new need a new dentist please give them a call. What an outstanding group of people that work there.

Wow! Truly a great experience from start to finish. When doing my appointment Stacy was extremely helpful and sweet over the phone and in person! As this was my first visit I was a bit nervous but April was a gem! She walked me through everything that was being done and was just so fun to talk to! I have never been more grateful. I had broken a tooth and was visiting from out of town. Dr. Tran not only said he could help but he came in during Thanksgiving break and was able to save my tooth. Great place! Went here for regular check up and cleaning with x rays. They gave me a tour of office for my first visit and everyone was really nice and hospitable. This dental office is one of the cleanest in the Northern Atlanta area in Buford. Dr. Tran is amazing! I came in to get a teeth cleaning and x-ray. I did not have to wait! This is a great sign of outstanding scheduling by his dental assistants. They were very friendly and made my first visit a memorable experience. I love this dental office so much. My first visit was better than any dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist since I was a child. But, this office is very family oriented. The cleaning I received was Amazing. Dr. Tran is the best Dentist Ive ever known. His attention to patient comfort goes far beyond expectations. It is obvious that Dr. Tran genuinely loves people and caring for them. Another Dentist had told me my tooth had to be pulled, and referred me to an Oral Surgeon. I googled and found Dr. Tran. Knowing only that he could see me the next morning, made an appointment with Dr. Tran to have the tooth removed. When Dr. Tran saw me, he said, I believe we can save that tooth, and he did. Im nearly 60 and have seen a lot of Dentists in my life. Dr. Tran surpasses them all.Do yourself a favor, go meet Dr. Tran.

Oh my god, this is the best dentistry i have ever been too. My hygienist whose name starts with a K and rhymes with ate was not only super pretty, but she was also really gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Tran was so friendly and funny. I was looking for a good dentist in the Atlanta area, I am very picky about my dentists. I live in Woodstock, GA. Its 45 minutes from Buford dental, but its well worth the drive. This place literally makes me feel like family, Dr. Vinh is so friendly that I feel like we have been best friends for years. They have a friendly staff that truly cares and treats their patients as family. And the hygienists are top notch, Ive been to places where it hurts to get my teeth clean, but here they are professionals who know who to clean teeth without causing pain. Professional, considerate, and personal! Ive neglected to come in to a dentist for too long since my last one left me with a bad filling. The staff here took my health and safety first, while giving me options for affordability with an upcoming procedure I need to have. Dr. Tran personally put me at ease, walked me through at my pace, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I even kept them after their closing time and they did not rush me out the door, they were so nice and polite. I highly recommend them!

These guys were amazing!!!! They got me in on a same day appt on a Friday which was incredible considering my husband and I called over 12 dentists in the area we live, Buford/Sugar Hill. No one had a dentist working today, which is Friday! I had a badly fractured tooth which was extremely sharp and no time to crown as we are leaving this evening for vacation. They managed to X-ray and treat the tooth so that it wouldnt cut me when eating and instructions on how to take care until I can get crowned. All as a brand new patient, in and out in under an hour. Staff and dentist were all very kind, they are also state of art facility. I couldnt have been luckier

I first went to Buford Dental on a Saturday for an emergency root canal. I had awaken that morning to excruciating pain. I called several dentist offices in my area. Buford Dental was the most responsive and quickly scheduled me. I am already terribly afraid of dental work; I have had some pretty rough experiences with other dentists. However, Dr. Tran and his staff were very welcoming and empathetic. Every step of care they provided was explained. This is something several dentists just dont do. I was impressed and even more impressed when the treatment eased the pain by at least 85%! Because of the way Dr. Tran and his staff took me in on that Saturday morning, he is now my official dentist! As long as I reside within a commutable distance (and probably beyond), Dr. Tran will be my preferred dentist. If you have had bad experiences with dentists not explaining what they are doing, just trying to get money out of you, etc., you should visit Dr. Tran at Buford Dental. You will not be disappointed!
