She is an asset and earned a personal 5 star review for her representation of AutoNation VW.I apologize I had to give it 1 star for the BAD customer service experience I had with ANDY MROCZKA. Very unprofessional, rude and nasty. Apparently he didn’t like my car and said I brought it there in pieces..... ridiculous. It left the service department with my reflector missing and my strip sticking out.
It was a big mistake buying a car from this dealership. They dont return phone call, they want you to pay out of your own packet even though the car still under warranty., I had 2 different mechanic check the vehicle out and they both said the same thing, all 4 rims are bend and the transmission sliping.
They were to replace a tire which had a problem as it was under a tire warranty which I purchased when I bought the car. I took the car in on a Saturday morning and waited till evening and then they told they do not have the tire and did not know when it will be available in stock. It took them four days to replace the tire. the attitude of the service manager when I requested for another used tire or any way to help me out for the next 4 days as I had to go for work was do bad, I regret buying anything from that dealership.
Okay, so you get there a head of your appointment, hoping to get in a little bit early so that you can get out a little early. I was there before the person who was check me in. No matter what it is at least a 3 hour wait for a oil change with a appointment. They dont tell you that you must go to a specific place to get your oil changed until after you have paid for the services. Man the time it takes here need to bring a pillow or something. They always have a reason for not doing something. I am just trying to wait until my warranty expires so I can go somewhere else . My time is valuable too.
Andy in the service department is always very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure your auto is taken care of. I will not use anyone but Andy for my VW’s service. Keep up the great work Andy!!!
Witnessed the most patient and understanding customer service rep in the service department, he wasn’t helping us but that lady on the phone was something else. Kept it professional and calm, I would buy a VW from here.
Purchased a new VW from them. They are not afraid to put their quote out there on a worksheet with their business logo, but do your research. They dont give you best price without a competitive quote from another dealership. Check high volume dealerships for competitive quotes.

Had nothing but poor experiences. The service clerk flat out told me incorrect information. Wanted to charge me $1800 for a new dpf as it had failed. Turns out, VW extended the warranty on exhaust as part of the dieselgate scandal. THE DEALER WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS UNLESS YOU REPEATEDLY ASK and use corporate to enforce the warranty. They told me that I was out of warranty when their own system told them it wasn’t due to mileage. They WILL charge you unless call VW corporate and have them force the dealer/service center’s hand. The corporate rep I dealt with was however very pleasant and helpful. He did note that this is common among dealerships to not honor warranty repair work. Then, they had the audacity to call me multiple times about needing new brake pads and rotors, when multiple independent VW mechanics and non-VW mechanics alike told me the pads had “at minimum 60% left” and the rotors were not scarred or grooved.
The service quality is getting less & Less every year.

Technician was able to diagnose and fix problem that could not be fix by another dealership. Also, got it done under warranty even though the other dealership said it could not be fixed under warranty.
