Good personal experience
This fine establishment will come if you let them do an inspection of your car. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car, it would take less than 15 minutes to fix; no inspection needed*** and the inspection was ridiculously priced. I repaired my car myself. Oh; one other thing, they will put you on hold; transfer you to someone else; and you get to explain or tell them again what is wrong with your car...Would never use this service.
Call center based. Needed a water pump. I am not a mechanic but upon speculation I told him I think it needs a water pump. He told me to get out and check to be sure....... if I was a mechanic I wouldnt of called in the first place
Called Tuesday morning. Made appointment for Wednesday morning. Was advised of price and told if I cancel 25.00 fee. 15 minutes before person due to show they canceled on me. Set appointment for Thursday. Dan arrived on time. When I called for assistance i explained i needed a drive belt and i wanted the car check for over heating specifically asking for radiator, thermostat and water pump to be checked. He made mention he checked engine and transmission. But the belt on drive it for 5 min. Said it was fine and left. We drove it 10 min from house later that day immediately the car got HOT. We put more antifreeze and it continued to get hot. The check engine light came on. I called the company back. Was on hold for 45 min and then another 30 min after rep answered phn. Advised I would get a call back. So far no call back. After the conversation I had with rep I already knew I wasnt going to get a call back. Since I asked for specific things to been I expected it be done no excuses I would like things to be checked without additional cost since clearly the reason for the call was not handled. Pure waste of money. Personally I would not reccomend.
Excellent service, he came out the same day and repaired the truck in the parking lot at work. If you ever need a Buford mobile mechanic, give these guys a call first their the best.
