Was quite impressed with Michael and his experience level and knowledge base when he serviced our refrigerator. A ten-year old appliance and now we should get another ten years after his expert service. Thank you, Michael, for getting us back in good working condition!

Early evening yesterday, I discovered my built in refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. I began looking on the Internet for service companies. Most were closed or unable to get to it til after the Memorial Day weekend. Appliance Tech Pros Promised that they would definitely be able to attend to it the next day, but would try to service it that night. About 2 hours later Appliance Tech Pros arrived, looked at the unit, determined the failure and actually had the replacement part on the truck! They replaced the part and got me running that same evening. After it was up and running, they did an overall check out of the unit and found a few other issues, like a bad door seal, which they came back and took care of the next day. Overall Im very impressed. Very competent tech, proper parts on the truck, and gave an overall check out of the appliance when finished. I will definitely use them for all my repair needs in the future!

Polite, professional and quick service! The problems with our washer were explained well and then fixed within 30 minutes; price was comparable to other repair companies previously used. Extra care was also taken by technicians in light of the current situation with COVID (i.e. masks and gloves were worn at all times), which was appreciated.

Was called back late in the day and was able to come by rather quickly to inspect the issue. Automatically knew what the problem was and was able to fix it. So happy I don’t have to over manage my fridge any longer. Also provides tips for house maintenance going forward to ensure my appliances last.

Despite a day that was rapidly coming to an end, who should show up at our home other than our scheduled Appliance tech pro. He never hesitated responding to our request for service. All details of the repair were pointed out to my wife and I and the decision was to proceed withjob. My almost 5 year old Samsung Refridgerator started making this loud humming noise and as a first time home owner and refrigerator buyer, I was a bit nervous especially with all that’s going on but all is at ease now. I called on Friday, they ask me pertinent CDC questions over the phone which made me feel good about them protecting themselves as well as protecting me - We cleared each other’s check! An important piece of equipment isnt working properly. The repair could be very expensive. What do you need?
