I was informed over the phone that there would be a charge of $7.95 for an estimate to come to my house. I asked just to make sure that was the only charge I would receive unless the tech did work. I was reassured $7.95 was all I would pay. My dryer cover was already off so that the technician could easily access the issue when he arrived. The tech spent 5 minutes total at my house, told me what it would cost to fix the issue and then charged me $69.95 for stating that I would get another estimate. I have found out that this place goes by two other names as well - Atlanta Appliances and Forward Appliance Service Inc. This company is a joke!! Ive called the past 4 days to speak with a manager, supervisor, or owner but magically none of those people are ever there or available to call me back. Each time I called I was told to call back the next day at a certain time and the manager would be there, yet somehow when I called the next day, the manager was not there. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Tried to call to see if they sell parts...they just hung up on me.

My stove wasnt working. Called to make appointment to see if it was an easy service or should buy a new one. I had to reschedule first appointment. Man showed up in appointment window. Made determination it would be expensive to repair. 8$ cash.

Website says $14.95 but charged $20.00
