ETA provided for road side assistance at my home was inaccurate by over 40 minutes and when I didnt respond immediately (I was in the shower}, they didnt wait more than five minutes for me to return the call before leaving. Absolutely not my fault and yet I paid the price. I attempted to call the mechanic back several times but no one responded. I tried calling the shop as well and no one responded. Incredibly poor customer service and they made an awful day even worse. Please use better communication in the future for the sake of others, as you will not receive my business again.

It was an okay experience they charged me a few more miles than my true tow miles that is why they get 2 stars I feel cheated. But they did come right away I didnt have to wait

Last night my car broke down pretty far from my house. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car in an unfamiliar area. Especially since the parking was supposed to change in the morning and I didn’t want a ticket. I called multiple 24 hour towing companies. None of them answered and the ones who did answer were too unprofessional for me to trust. Google said this company closes at 10pm. I called at 8pm, someone answered right away with a friendly professional voice, and said he’d have a tow out for me within the hour. I got a call 15 minutes later saying my tow truck was on its way to my car!!!! Thank you so much for being the ONLY tow company in western NY to actually help me out! I wish I could give you guys 100 stars!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the men that works for this company today (with the stress of everything, I wasn’t fully able to catch his name—I think it may have been Mark). He gave me a quick call when he was a few minutes from my location and was very courteous about letting me know he was almost there. He came out to attempt to jumpstart my car, and when that didn’t work out, he was very helpful and kind with suggestions on what to do next. He then helped tow my car from Buffalo to Lockport and even helped out a little extra with making sure the vehicle was fully situated before he took off. He helped make a stressful situation SO much easier to handle, and I am so grateful for his kindness. I definitely would love to do business with them again if anything else happens in the future.

I was surprised in the quote time, of my services the driver called right 15 minutes after a fast 30 minute quote, they handled my summer car very well, and the driver was professional with the lift, thank you I would highly recommend this company.

Not even 1 star for terrible service they offer The lady Who dispatches the tow trucks told me it would be an hour and a half wait I said OK no problem two hours pass by and I called him and she said oh never mind we’re not coming I’m sorry I forgot to call you we cabt make it there so it’s canceled and i asked why thats when she became very nasty and became very unprofessional and rude i hung up. But you should call the customers and tell them you are not able to make it not make themWait for nothing . Terrible

Very unprofessional. It was requested for them to give me a 5-10 minute notification before they arrived to my vehicle. The ETA was 45mins. I called to follow up and make sure that they were going to call me. But found out that they were already there. I arrived back to the vehicle 10-15 mins later after finding out finding out that they were with my vehicle only fopull back up to my car and watch them pull off. I called the driver several times as I watched him refuse to pick up my calls and continue to drive off.

This guy was out within 20 minutes, he had my jeep up and out right away and made me smile even though my car was broken down. I would absolutely use this service again.

Pure scum bags. Contracted warranty company dispatched them. Waited two hours and they then decided to tell warranty company they canceled the service because they had other priorities
