Dispatcher was friendly and professional.I was unable to get same day service. (It was the first Buffalo snowstorm of the season and the dispatcher said they had two trucks with problems as well. Stuff happens. They have a discount for being unable to tow same day.The driver was efficient, helpful and professional. I would use them again.

They just came to open my car door ... I locked my keys in the car and they charged me $$76!!!!!$$ I only had $56 on me and they said nope!! In an emergency situation wouldnt you think the Christian thing to do is come and open my door for the lesser price? It took them 5 minutes to get there and 5 minutes to open the door!! I had to borrow money!!!! Shame on them!!!

I little while back while on a business trip my car decided it didnt want to play nice and broke down on the highway. After freaking out for a few minutes I searched on my phone and found these guys on google and called them. They showed up fairly quickly and the tow driver who helped me was super friendly. They didnt take advantage of me on price so I felt I give them a positive review and recommend them to anyone looking for a tow.

This company rocked. I was in buffalo for business and got a flat tire on my rental. Low and behold the spare was flat as well ( go figure). I did a quick search on google and came across this company. Called and they actually had a guy to five minutes away...I think he got there in three. Anyhow, he fixed me all up and put air in the spare got the rental car info and sent me on my way. It was quick, I wasnt even late for my meeting. Bravo for great expedient service. If I ever get stuck again I know who I will call first.
