I had a wonderful experience with the service department. They were too busy to fully help us but instead of leaving us on our own they diagnosed the problem and directed us to a shop in town that would most likely have the part we needed today. After contacting at least 10 other truck and RV repair places all along the east coast they were the first to really help.

Everyone on the phone was very helpful and nice, and the gentleman that towed my car to my house was just as awesome! Highly recommended!

Had a break down on the Thruway. The driver was there in a very timely manner. He was very helpful, pleasant, worked quickly, got my family and I to a safer location, and was very patient as he had to field a series of calls from me because the dealership we had him tow the van to couldnt seem to locate the vehicle to, even though he parked it where it logically should have been. For an undesired situation we were very pleased with Rusiniaks.

I had a flat tire on the thru way and Jay was so helpful when he came to tow my car. He gave me a good deal and made sure I got to my destination safely. Would highly recommend using this company, Jay is reliable and helped me out!

Great place to have your truck worked on

I had to use towing for one of my tractors on 3-18-21. 45 mile or so tow. These guys gave me honest and very fair price. They were very busy, had to wait 3 hours but for the price and service, it was worth it! Thank You Rusiniak towing!!!

We had an absolute nightmare of a day with a car that had blown a tire on the highway. Rusiniaks got sent to us via AAA and we could not have been happier with the service. Our driver (unfortunately did not get his name) was friendly, helpful and professional at every step.

APPARENTLY THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF DRIVERS TIME. COMPANY CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET ME RIGHT IN FOR 2 SETS OF TRAILER BRAKES. WELL THAT WAS 8AM AND IM STILL WAITING TO GET IN ITS NOW 12 NOON. UPDATE**** I AM STILL HERE BUT THEY DID GET ME IN AROUND 130 SO I SHOULD BE HERE ANOTHER 3 OR 4. DONT COME HERE.

My car broke down on the thru way as I was making my way to the mid-west for Christmas. I called AAA and Rusiniaks arrived promptly. They towed me to their shop and had me back on the road within 24 hrs. Reasonably priced and very helpful to an out of towner with her dog. They even gave me a ride to a hotel and put my road snacks in their fridge (who does that). I arrived to my destination one day late and no other issues, my mom was very happy to see us! Thank you!

5 Star review all day. I got my truck stuck on a boulder and Jay (lead driver) and Dave got me out of my rut within a hour. Great work! I highly recommend these guys.

Great service and very fair priced. my buddys jeep needed a tow and they got there quick. the driver was cool and professional. most of these negative reviews seem like they were just upset because they had to pay for a service instead of getting a handout. tow truck drivers gotta eat too!!! will definitely go to these guys again.

Best service in wny, safe and courteous operators

I was stuck at the bottom of a seasonal road that was very steep and icy. l was about 45min away from home. I had called 5 other tow truck companies and they all refused to go down a closed seasonal road. Rusiniaks was the only company that said they would come. The tow driver Josh, was very knowledgeable and professional. He towed me to the top of the hill in less than 20 minuets. I wouldnt go to anyone else after using Rusiniaks. I highly recommend them!

I called AAA to get roadside and my father came to help me first, one of rusiniaks flatbed drivers pulled up to me at the truck stop and said you wasted my time, I dont like coming out at night in a rude manner trying to start a fight. (though he was coming from around the corner).

I ordered a flatbed for a tow, didnt work, they sent another with a Dolly, Got the job done, thanks!!!

Very professional and top notch equipment

The WORST! I called them to help tow my Car. Their unprofessional staff did the unimaginable! Connected their hook to the suspension; completely ripping out the suspension and cracking the bumper cover, totaled my car and didnt want to accept any responsibility!?SCAM Artists, tell you one price over the phone and then slap with with fees and bogus pricing when you come too the office. Charged holding fees on days that they arent even open, and if you want your car back on a Sunday, theres a 95$ fee for that. They should be shut down for good. WORST BUSINESS EVER!

Here at Northern Clearing we used their service to tow our class 8 trucks several times. Always been timely, and yes it hasnt been cheap but what do you expect when a $600,000 tow truck is pulling a 100,000 lb broke down log truck.

I went there for semi trailer tire repair I had flat on tire they said they cant repair tire I had extra tire they took old one off from rim and put other one on rim mean mount and dismount and they charge 85 dollars no where in America at any truck stop and any tire dealers charge 85 dollars for mount dismount so I advise find other place
