They was fast when I call but when I ask dem to give me a ride the ower tell be we not a uber to give ya a ride we just take car like for real I pay ya @110.00 and it was late at night so I had to walk in the middle of the sky way into I find a exist to get myself out of danger it sad

For the 2nd time in a little over a month, Albert came to my rescue! The first time was during a snowstorm..he kept calling to make sure I was ok. Downtown streets were like a parking lot. He wasnt going to be able to get my car until after midnight but he took 2 hours to come and get me and bring me to a hotel. So today when my car died, it was Albert who I called and 20 minutes later, there he was. Excellent company..highly recommend them! Thank you again Albert!!!!

No return call after leaving multiple messages regarding the vehicles location. Also no sign in the parking lot of the facility they are towing for I think thats a law, either way poor communication.

They caused morethan $1000 in damage to my car And just pulled off this is the worst tow company in W.N.Y. period. I will be seeing the ower in court as soon as possible for damages

Albert is awesome, he saved my butt today. Came and helped me get my car off the highway, and he gave me a ride home.

Not honest business - they agreed to do a job for $85, but finally price raised almost twice. Driver kept the car key until we paid $150.

This cut my seats up, pulled out my fuses, slashed my tires and put in dents in my car .Plus they not trying to pay for me for these damages so yes I would take back stars instead of giving it to them !
