Really good company they make your u feel comfortable and they understand my condishion -club foot-

I had two experiences with this company and both times I had Negative outcomes. First-time I needed special insoles for my shoes, After they received my Dr Prescription I waited more then 20 days before I finally had to call them and inquire about my order, Then I went to get fitted for the insoles and waited another 20 plus days before they were ready for me.The Second experience I needed special shoes made, Again they had my Dr Prescription and insurance information however when I went for my first visit they had No idea what I needed. After that visit I waited more then 35 days before they were ready for me to try, And at that time I did not expect them because they were made incorrect. I then had to wait another 7 days for that mistake. I will need to wear special shoes the rest of my life, And I Would never deal with this company again.

I have recently had my right leg amputated. I went to Hanger to have a leg made so i could walk again. Its ill fitting, my right leg wants to walk off to the right. The day i was supposed to get my leg i get a phone call right before i show up they forgot to order it. I show up for an appointment and the office in dark, locked, and no one is there.These people dont understand i have enough on my plate without dealing with a bunch of clowns.DONT GO HERE!!!
