When we brought our son home with an ostomy it was all a big learning experience. Imagine having a newborn and not knowing what to do when you don’t have the right supplies .. on a Saturday! We called Joe and he was so helpful. He asked a bunch of questions and was so friendly and efficient. He found something that would work for us temporarily and even offered to stay open until we could get over there. He gave us a great deal and saved us!! 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommend.

Compared to the other medical outlets in the area that I’ve been to, Joe goes out of his way to made our medical supplies run a painless experience. He also readily helps with any insurance issues when they come up. I recommend him to anyone. I won’t go anywhere else.
