I left after 20 years. My nail Tech was was off today and they the rest of them had amnesia as to how to do a full set. But. Went to a new nail shop at 2868 Delaware Avenue. Phenomenal service. In addition, I had a 4:30 p.m. appointment, and no one told me that they could not do a full set until 5:05 p.m..

They made me wait an hour when it wasn’t busy. Then when I sat down they literally barely scrubbed my foot. When I said u didn’t really scrub it and I would like the dead skin removed I’ll pay extra . She literally told me scrub it myself. Then made me leave !!! Told me she is little and does not have the strength. As if I haven’t been getting pedicures for years. Very bad service. Don’t support any business that does not respect your community . I bet you if everyone started doing their own nails they wouldn’t haven’t people to refuse. Don’t them at all.

Very rude worker (man). The lady over the phone told me to come in. The man didnt want my green money told me to come back tomorrow but took two walk ins that said they never called. I believe it was an race thing. Go to Billion Nails around the corner on Hertel and Delaware. These people pick and choose who they want to take. So unprofessional.

Horrible! Went in asked for if they could do nail art, they said they could so I got a manicure. Nope they don’t know how to anything and then sent me off with the worst manicure even. Horrible service, don’t waist your hard earned money!

The service was very fast and efficient even without and appointment.The pedicure and manicure are fair priced.They also do eyebrows by waxing. The pedicure made me giggle so much.The pedicure chairs are also nice.

Not only did I not get greeted I felt very unwanted. I have never been to a nail salon with that much disrespecr. I called ahead and made an appointment and yet took two people before me so I got up and walked out. I was chared the time i went for gel polish that in 2days it chipped off I paid 25 for gel. This place is by far the worst place to ever go to get your nails done

Good time management when it came to services, call rather than do a walk-ins because appointments when be serviced 1st...the french dip i got on my feet where not on point for me so thats why its a 4 🌟 rating...wonderful pedi but if your not dry by time all services are done...u are asked to leave. Which scuffed my paint on a few toes... Another plus is they give u bag full of files, buffer etc. To take home and bring back every service. Usually i would have to ask other nail salons in the town for my tools to bring w/next appointment. I will be back

Place is clean, service is fast and most importantly for me you dont bounce around from chair to chair for someone to finish your nails. Always get QUALITY for your money here. I walk in and I am being waited on by the person i made an appointment with, thank you Mike!

NEVER DO YOUR EYEBROWS HERE there are AWFULLLLLLL I asked for a simple clean up them people took off my whole eyebrow !!???? Literally I can not joke about something like this I care in with thick eyebrows left with a skinny hairless mess don’t do it too yourself ladies plus they are super over priced for what they bring to the table

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I felt welcomed and Mike was really nice and had a good sense of humor. This was my second time getting gel polish, and I think it looks great for how short my nails are! The prices are pretty good too. $20 for full set of gels.

I love this nail place. The only place I go to unless my friend tries dragging me to the mall. Ive had my nails done by Lee, Michael, and Ben. Cant wait to have Kim do my nails if shes ever free when I come in. Great energy. I think everyone loves the staff and I always love my nails

Kim gives your a very good pedicure. Very nice and courteous person. Takes her time and you walk away with fresh feeling feet. Excellent!!!

Ive been going here since I was 16 .. Im 28 now and mike is the dopest !! I also like lee and the girl does great too .. she always shapes my nails perfect ! I cant believe they have so many negative reviews .. the only problem I had is that none of them would do my long nails except Mike and the one girl lol ..

I have went to this shop a couple times and everytime i leave i am unhappy with the quality of my nails. Then today i went in to try them again and the owner was very nasty to me and claimed they dont do any type of desgins. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I am so disappointed.

I’ve been here before and had nice gel manicures where everyone was professional. Today I went in to get acrylic nails taken off. The woman was aggressive and extremely rude. I’m not sure how she can get away with her behavior with all of the other workers. I will absolutely never go here again. She was literally slapping my hand and just being so unprofessional. Trust me you can find other salons that don’t allow someone to treat their customers this way. I wish I could post pictures of what my nails look like right now! I’ve had other places take off acrylic and they haven’t looked nearly this bad. Just simply so unproffesional

Went to Exotic nails on Saturday 2/6/16. Weve been customers there for 8 years. The pedicure chair foot bath was dirty. They were asked to clean it before I put my feet in there. I sat in the chair for over a half hour waiting for the bath to be cleaned. They totally ignored us for that half hour. They were rude. I will never go back to that dirty salon again.

Thus place discriminates against individuals with disabilities and they want to overcharge people for Mani and pedis as well. NEVER in all my life ever paid $47.00 for a Mani and pedicure! How do you say we dont do those kind, when talking about individuals with disabilities????!!!! Im outraged at the thought. This place should be shut down for the discrimination they portray! If I could give a negative number I would! I would give it a -10!!!!! People deserve respect if they are spending their hard earned money!

Went for a new set today and they told me that they don’t do nails as long as I requested he was very rude about it and when I asked him why he told me again we don’t do nails that long. How does a nail shop not do long nails when the acrylics come that long. I believe there was some type of discrimination against me: I wouldn’t recommend anyone to support this business

There isnt another place I will go to get my nails done I absolutely love the quality of the world the design are always really cute and the people are friendly as well

First of all, they double dip in their wax which is disgusting.. secondly, today when I went the lady dripped wax onto my white sweater ruining it. Instead of letting it dry and flicking it off she smashed the wax into the knit fabric and then tried using oil to get it out which stained the fabric. I didn’t receive an apology either, she just charged me for my service and I left. Never going here again.

I went with no appointment, the service was fast and prosesional, everything was clean and nice!!!! I recommend this place 100 %.

The tech was horrible I am an extremely unsatisfied customer, I will never return the tech lied to me and told me that there werent any nail files for her to complete my basic manicure. never felt more unappreciated as a customer.

So I went to get my eyebrows done and usually I go to Henrys nails cause his wif is the only I trust with my eyebrows bur anyways so the lady that did my eyebrows was very rude then to top it off let my eyebrows grow out for months so they come out good but after I got them done here they were not even and she took to much off of one of them for that I could of just did them myself

I got my full set here and 2 weeks later I came back to get a fill, the lady filed my nails down way too far and they barely had acrylic on them, that same day 4 of my nails completed snapped off . I came back thinking they would fix their mistake and they tried to charge me 22 dollars saying it was my fault . Ive gotten fills before at other nail shops and that has never happened . Terrible customer service as well . Never spending money in that place again .
