My friend recommended them highly so I decided to go to get a full set as a birthday present to myself. Everyone there is so so kind and helpful and the tech who worked with me (I didnt catch her name unfortunately) did an incredible job! I got ombre nails and nail art, which I know was a lot to ask for, and she was really attentive to detail and helpful in making style choices. Thank yall so much! I will definitely be back :)

Went in for a fill on Tuesday morning and by fiesta morning one of nails came off ... Decent job initially. Felt kind of rushed but Im learning that most of these shops are like this.....when I went back but they were busy and wanted me to wait in my car bc there were no seats left ...but mysteriously the 3 people that came in after me did not have to wait in their cars. There were many pedi spa chairs open that I couldve sat in, but I guess since I wasnt bringing in any money this visit I didnt deserve to be seated or treated with dignity...more like chopped liver....I immediately left when they sent me away but I got a call back after 40 mins to an hour to come in, but I kindly told them I would not be coming back. They shouldve never agreed for me to come If there was no place for me to sit or if the wait would be more than a half hour for 1 nail. If anything just schedule me in rather than have me wait forever. Guess its time to start doing my own nails. These shops just havent been able to get it right ...its either good work and poor customer service, the opposite, or poor quality and poor service ...never can have the both be good. Smh...oh well..Over it!

The staff is VERY nice. Theyre super gentle with cuticles and real nails. I called 2 weeks ago to come in as a walk-in. They got me right in. So, yesterday I needed some Me Time after the week I had and remembered how fantastic they were. I got in with minimal wait (worth it). The young man who did my nails was a delight, paying attention to detail and asking my opinion. Which meant a lot. I was so happy to meet the owner and get some Halloween art done 😁 I had such an enjoyable time distressing and my nails are super AWESOME!!

Kim is a wonderful nail tech! Shes very detail oriented, super clean and sanitary, and overall just a wonderful business owner. Ive had acrylic nails for years, and Ive never had them done so well until I went to Kims Nails! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Absolutely rude. I made an appointment and had many MANY walk ins done before my appointment. Walking in all the women there were extremely rude, only the one man was nice in trying to assist us. Will NOT be returning and not reccomend going. All the good reviews are from walk ins.

This was my first experience here. I’m so impressed with the salon and all of the workers there. Everyone greeted me when I walked in and a male worker welcomed me to the shop and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for (a chrome green). Kim did my nails and they’re amazing!!! Awesome people! Very accommodating! The very latest products, techniques and precision artwork AND they listen to you, imagine that! If you want them long or short, they really want you to be happy with the outcome. Pedis are beyond the best with massaging, reclining chairs.

Great place!! Very busy even at 11am during the week.I think it has been the longest my gel polish has stayed on 3 weeks no chips!! My last manicure elsewhere in town lasted 2 days.I had a standard pedicure very relaxing. I chipped a toe nail. I went back next day, they took time to fix my nail.When in town I will make sure I neex a mani pedi.

Terrible quality nail polish. After an hour of being away from the shop the nail polish scrape right off. Went back to get it fixed and they just put more nail polish on top of nail polish that clearly isnt drying. I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy. Never again.

I highly recommend this place. I made an appointment the day before and when I walked in, I was greeted and waited on right away. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that everything is very customizable as far as nail shapes, designs, colors, etc. My nails came out great and Ill be going here again! The place was also very clean. Ive been to a few different nail salons and this place has been the best.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they messed them up one eyebrow was better than the other and they didn’t look the same I payed 10 dollars and gave her a 5 dollar tip I was unhappy walking out the store she did my eyebrow laying down on something that looks like a hospital bed this place deserves 2 stars for me that’s what I am just saying

I have went to Kim many of times for eyelash extensions. She does a beautiful job. They are thick, long and last a long time. Kim takes her time and does it to your liking. I would absolutely recommended anyone to go😉

In July I came here to get my nails done for my cousins wedding. I paid $80+ dollars for a gel french tip manicure and pedicure that did not last past a week. The price sign doesnt show how much extra gel nails cost so, So I expected to pay 47 dollars like the sign listed. No, I ended up spending an extra $40 dollars for gel nails. This place is a rip off dont wast your time or money.

Nice service, not so nice work. Every time I get my nails done there they break on me like a day later. Never had that problem anywhere else. Will not be going there again. If youre looking for a good nail place I suggest Flower Nail or Snow Nail! Im tired of going to this place and wasting a lot of money only for my nails to keep breaking.

Good basic manicure but DONT go in for eyelash extensions. The technicians are inexperienced or something because I ended up with one fake eyelash glued to about 3 of my natural lashes all over my eyes. I guess what you get what you pay for because they were the best price I found but so clumpy and painful I had them removed elsewhere a week after getting them. Go to Glam her lash studio in Kenmore instead, the girl there knows her stuff.

Kim and her daughter do a wonderful job they are the reason I go there. recently I went and got a different girl Im not sure her name but she normally does pedicures. she kept digging her pointed nails into me, kept stopping to watch tv, didnt wait between coats of paint so when dry they peeled off due to the under layers not being dry, my nails are not straight across and the paint is not even whats so ever. if you go I 100% recommend Kim or her daughter no one elseupdate: i got the same girl today and she used the electric file and dug it so far into my skin it throbs all the way into my hand and i cant bend my finger without being in excruciating pain. my nails are not the correct shape nor are they the same length

Very disappointed! Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am to have a pedicure and eyebrows done. After some confusion was sorted out because the person that made the appointment wrote down the wrong name, my pedicure began. Soon after the place starting filling up. They rushed through my pedicure and never applied lotion. Then took me into the eyebrow waxing room and left me in there for 15 minutes until I finally walked to the desk and said I would like to pay for the services I received. The woman then apologized, admitting she forgot about me. I understand you have a business to run and you are trying to accommodate everyone but, instead of rushing services, kindly inform your customers that there will be a wait and provide the services customers are paying for. I won’t be returning to this establishment ever!

Wish i could post a pic of how my nails look. One side is completely different than the other. I paid 46 instead of 50 cause she knew she messed up. Then says i actually need another 5 dollars i forgot i shaped your nails. Shaping my nails should not cost extra i have never been charged for that before. I paid 60 dollars totally for crappy nails. Nothappy. They also messed my friends nails up and when confronted they offered only 5 dollars back.

All the nail polish colors you could ever want. Manicure was mediocre and a little painful. The older women did mine and my girlfriend had no complaints about hers by a different woman.

Ugh, terrible system in place: appointment or not, you are always waiting at least 30 mins for service. Not worth going to. You pay for quick work that doesnt last long.

I only ever get eyebrows done and they do good eyebrows the thing is the wait is hours!!!! I don’t understand why they don’t stop in between nails to do eyebrows you’ll literally be sitting there over an hour just to get your eyebrows done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re in a hurry DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ususal never have an issue here.. until recently, my gel manicure looks disgusting, sloppy and like i did it myself. my nails didnt even get filed or shaped! i kept saying i wasnt happy but it was like i wasnt speaking at all.. really disappointed 😕 less than one week after getting my nails done the polish lifted off completely.

I didnt catch the young ladys name that fixed my nail for me but she was AWESOME! Im in town visiting from Memphis and had a nail emergency and I was in and out in about 10 minutes!!

I was a walk in, first thing, for a gel pedi. The elder woman destroyed my cuticals and cut my nails so jagged it was unreal. I tried to explain the entire time what I wanted her to do but the language barrier was difficult. She could not seem to see what she was doing, and her work was rough and sloppy. $46 for the job... I will never return here. I think they need new team members.

They are slow at business, i’ve been waiting here since133 and they took someone who had NO appointment before me i was waiting way before that person .

Worst set of acrillic nails I have ever gotten. The man was digging his fingernails into my skin and it was very painful. Firs Nail peeled off within hours and he did a horrible job repairing it. Now I have 1 nail way shorter than the rest and two days after I got them done two more have fallen off. This place is awful. Trust me go somewhere else dont waste your money

Stopped in for a pedicure. Briefly looked at local options, and came across this store as having a decent amount of feedback, so I decided to go here. In town on business, I was looking for a place that would do a decent job, even if it was a little pricy. At first sight, the building looks like just a residential house on the corner. I parked at the tanning place next door, since I didnt see a place to park that was closer.Upon entering, I was helped immediately by the oldest gentleman there. I asked for a pedi, and if there were different options to choose from. He said yes, and came back with a container full of individual pre-packaged, consisting of what appeared to be a scrub, mask, and lotion. I asked for what he would recommend, being that I had never had a pedicure like this. When I asked what my different options were, I initally expected to get a menu- listing the different options, like any other nail salon Ive been to. I stood there for a minute when he brought the tub full of pedi scrub options, and felt a little lost- because in my 15 years of getting a pedicure, this was a first. The gentlemen recommended one of the scrub options that came in the blue box. I believe it had the word Ocean on it. I said sure, and then was advised by him that this particular scrub was $10 more. Okay then. Pushing it a little, (in my opinion) as it didnt appear that this particular option was any different from the others. I also was interested in the chrome polish, which was buffed over a gel coat. (another upcharge, seeing as it was gel polish)A young woman, who later revealed that it was her familys shop, was the one to apply my polish (making it harder, because now I have to tip out 2 different people for a job that should have only been a one person job.)I also had her wax my brows afterwards, which is where she was visibly irritated towards the end, because her family was calling on her to do things for them. She yelled into the main area for them to get her stuff ready, if they wanted her to finish whatever job it was. Its 3pm, and I asked if she had been there since the morning. She replied yes, and when I asked if she had gotten a break yet, she said she hadnt.This kind of stuff saddens me, moreso than the $80 I paid for services that felt a bit lacking for what was provided.Not to mention, the outdated look of the place. Fake flowers, and decades old pictures that hang on the walls, and carpet thats seen better years. Where is that $80 really going? I could also mention that for the licenses that were displayed on the wall for those certified to do nails, the older gentlemans was not present, nor was the youngest gentlemans (appeared to be the girls little brother). He worked on the woman next to me while he had his white headphones on, (rude) and held the tool thats used for getting dirt from under the nail-like it was his first time using one. Almost like he was using it with the opposite hand hes used to writing with...I feel bad for these kids. They deserve better, and so did I, for what was provided. Best of luck in the future, I really hope you guys improve.
