Jake was my project manager and I would highly recommend him. He has a lot of knowledge and experience to offer. I purchased a furnace and AC from Issac. The install team was professional and clean as well. The quality of everything I was very pleased with. It was a great experience with the company as a whole.

My air conditioning broke on one of the hottest days of the year, and it was a Sunday. I called Isaac Heating. Someone answered the phone. I decided to have them come Monday morning. The told me the service call would be between 9 & 12. They called at 8:30 to let me know they were coming and were there just before 9 am ! Taylor was polite and efficient. He knew what the problem was. Unfortunately, my 30 year old air conditioner was not worth repairing. (although Taylor did give me that option.) We have opted to replace the unit. They are coming Tuesday AM. It couldnt have been easier. They also offered 3 year 0% financing.

Isaac recently installed mini-splits in our home, and we were very happy with their work. Our project manager, Tyler Giarratano was a big reason for the 5 star rating. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, reliable and extremely patient with what turned out to be a complicated project. Tyler prepared multiple proposals for us and responded promptly to many phone calls and requests. He is a terrific representative for Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning, and is the reason why will be be hiring them for our future projects.

The team at Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning is truly professional and their work is beyond exemplary. I met Jake H. at the Buffalo Home Show and was not only impressed by his knowledge and expertise regarding water heating systems, but was even more impressed that he was willing to set up a plan for future work without being pushy and scheduling right then and there. He allowed my wife and I to consider our options and contact him if and when we were ready to do so. That being said, we decided to go with Isaac and were more than satisfied! Jake H conducted a walk through of the home and drafted a reasonable quote for a new water heater and planned out how the new unit would be installed. Our installer, Bill L from the Buffalo team was amazing. He arrived with everything he needed, planned his course of action for the install, and began working. Our new Rheem Tankless water heater was installed in a matter of hours, and our old 40 gal tank water heater was removed. I never thought that a tankless waterheater would be a focal point for a home until I saw how clean the installation was. Bill L. did such an amazing job and made easy work of the install. He also went above and beyond by replacing our leaking shutoff valves for our washer/ dryer unit. Id highly recommend Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC/Plumbing/Home Energy Performance Needs. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Isaac has installed three split air conditioners for me. Installation has always been so professional, neat and clean, and perfectly done. But Evan M. exceeded even those standards. He kept me informed as he was working. He did such a beautiful installation and left my home and garden cleaner than when he started. He was so courteous and so kind. I cannot say enough about Evan--great work. Isaac is my go-to for anything heating or cooling and it is because of people like Evan that it is.

Called for an after hours repair with furnace not working correctly. Brian arrived quickly and found the issue quickly. Took time to explain everything he did and how it works. Bill installed my new air conditioning unit today! And it’s just wonderful to finally be cool after the past six weeks of sweltering heat. Bill is a fantastic professional —- doing the work, discovering and patching two gas leaks he encountered, answering all my questions, explaining all the steps he took once he was finished, and cleaning up all the mess created in an all day job like mine. Very friendly technicians. We had a new central AC installed last week and had a problem with it not cooling. I called and they had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. Brian had the AC working shortly after his arrival. His was very friendly and courteous. He explained what happened and what he did. I would recommend Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating and AC needs.

The Issac residential technician, Matt, performed a thorough maintenance and safety check on our Trane XV-95 furnace. I recently bought my house with a boiler heater system. I had never had this system before, so when It stopped working, I had no idea what the problem was. Searching the internet I found Isaac Heating & Air Conditioner and call them. They treated me respectfully over the phone and in a matter of one hour I already had a technician at the door. The name of the Technician is Matthew Peiffer. Matt is a professional, knowledgeable and friendly young man who knows his job perfectly. He quickly found the problem and quote a very reasonable price. In a matter of two hours, my boiler was working like a new boiler. Matt also answered all the questions I had about the boiler system and other questions I had about heating and cooling. Definitely, Isaac Heating & Cooling will be my company in everything that has to do with heating and cooling. I truly recommend them.

Matthew came over to check out my furnace and was able to find the issue quickly and bring it back to life so we could have heat for the winter. I am really happy with his service and will call him again if I need to.

Brian from Isaac Heating was incredible. The Isaac servcie goes way beyond expectations verses any other heating service. The annual inspection, cleaning and check-up are much more extensive and I feel provides far superior sense of security that the furance will run as efficient as possible/designed and the entire system is safe and will not be a problem in the near future (e.g., through the winter)..
