Andy the technician came out to look at my central air unit that wasn’t working. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He worked quickly and efficiently and the prices were excellent. Only reason for 4/5 stars was the appointment time was not met and there was no window of when he would be there which was inconvenient. Otherwise I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cellino plumbing was very prompt in providing me with a service call for my tankless hot water system. I called Monday morning at around 750am and they were still able to work my into the daily schedule for an afternoon appointment that same day. The technicians assigned to my service call were very prompt with the 30 min call out and definitely were well within the time frame that was given to me. The text message I received was also a reassuring touch. When they arrived they were very courteous and when addressing the issue, even though it ended up being something simple and stupid, they still treated it very professional. I will definitely be having them handle all my heating, cooling, and plumping issues and services from here forward!!!

To be honest, I called Cellino after their competitor provided an unrealistic timeframe to fix our leaking sink. Not only did they provide quicker turn around time but provided a quote more inline with the research I had done surrounding the issue (as any homeowner should do). The sink looks great and they fixed/replaced the plumbing that was leaking and the coroded elbow joint. Staff was professional and no mess was left in the house.

My husband and I were blown away by how kind and professional everyone was, from the very first person I spoke to in order to book the appointment, to the person who called to inform me that the tech was on their way, to the technician himself! They were able to fit us in immediately and arrived within about an hour to fix our air conditioning- that was HUGE because it felt like quite the emergency since it had been off since yesterday! My ONLY critique would be that the technician didn’t have a mask out or on upon entering my house, and didn’t ask if I would prefer that he wear one. I had a mask in my hand and made sure to keep a safe distance, and it’s important to mention that when I requested he wear one if he needed to do any work indoors and my husband or I had to be down there as well, he said he would. 99% of the work took place outside, so it wasn’t an issue, but it is the only thing that wasn’t perfect about the whole experience (in my personal opinion). We will absolutely use Cellino Heating and Plumbing again if we need any more work done!

Cellino Plumbing was excellent. Came out in three days for our non-urgent bathroom faucet repairs, did all the important things that are lacking with contractors by calling the morning of, when they were about 30 minutes out and then explained all the work and costs up front so there were no hidden charges or work later. They made recommendations without the hard sell, worked cleanly and quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving our house. Prices were also very reasonable. Tom Olson was great and we would highly recommend both him and Cellino for any of your plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had Cellino plumbing replace galvanized pipes in our basement and do a few more repairs/ installations for us. Our technician was James. I can’t say enough about his professionalism about his work. He and his assistant arrived on time. They did a lot of services in a short time period, were very clean and courteous. So far diagnosing the issue went well. I was skeptical at first given that I couldnt get a solid appointment time, but Kyle was wonderful and quickly and professionally diagnosed my issue. He had to pull and put back the toilet and left my bathroom spotless which I was pleasantly surprised with.

Cellino was able to come out same day to give me a quote for work needed. The technician James was very knowledgeable; talked me through and showed me the issue, rather than just telling me. Friday evening...clogged main drain to street. Impressively quick service; on site in less than an hour. Service tech J McNeil was professional, helpful and informative. Explained all the steps as he set up, cleaned the clog and gave me a video tour of 3 drain line. Explained why the clog possibly occurred and suggested preventative measures. Very Satisfied!

Hello,First is the process of the front administration team was fantastic for setting up a date and time for the estimate. The girl was awesome!!Second, was Ed (Lead) tech that responded to the first day to meet my Dad. Up beat, professional and he also talked with Dad, and not at him. Then the estimated cost for the house, the time to take, and the confidence in completing the large job was given.Third, courtesy call the morning of letting us know their on the way, then all hands on deck, the team began and the mission was completed on time to Ed’s proposed job. I’m calling them again!!!

Tom was excellent and quick. Unfortunately a scheduled morning call didnt arrive until 430. Additionally, per company requirement, the tech slapped their service stickers all over every other piece of equipment they could possibly need to repair without asking.

Overall, Cellino is great. Had my heater replaced last year by them and also had my central air installed as well. However, I had an issue with my heater and wouldn’t turn on. The thermostat was wired wrong. Came out and re wired it. Well, it started to get hotter out and needed to turn on the AC. Well, that wouldn’t power up. Had them come out and they wired it wrong again.So nothing wrong with the service, but I believe the techs may need training and knowledge on smart thermostats.

Getting new heaters this Friday. Well we got one of our heaters the other was too big but they sure enough found me one too fit, second one in today and I cant be any happier. The guys were just wonderful to my grand baby. Very respectful and cleaned up nicely. Getting them for my other properties. So I am updating my review to add more service, we had them reroute out hot water heater and install a new one, install another heater and move some lines. AWESOME!! I called Cellino Plumbing to unclog a toilet after my 15 month grandson flushed and entire pack of wipes. Nick Piracci did a wonderful job. He also installed a new toilet. He was informative explaining the entire process and the cost which was reasonable. Cellino is lucky to have Nick as one of their servicemen.

A/C needed replacing, however, once coil was removed from furnace, rusty furnace guts required new furnace. They were able to accommodate the extra work. Cost was very reasonable and Adam and Zack, our Cellino technicians were respectful, clean, friendly and communicated well. They even threw the ball for our dog in the backyard.

Nick was excellent quoted me two prices - one was an easy fix solution not guaranteed option 2 was to replace the water heater - I picked option 2 being that the water tank was 21 years old. Service was professional quote came under and clean neat and now have hot water - we recommend them again and use them for all needs
