This is hands down the best car shop of all time. High quality work, always the best price, they explain the situation to you instead of trying to bully you into a repair you dont need (unlike other places, that really grinds my gears!). We will be using them for every car service in the future, only been there a couple of times but we are customers for life.

I have been to many mechanics. Most others out there see opportunity first, needs of the customer second. Here - they have always been truly honest with me. Same for anyone I have talked to who uses them. I have had times where I had a noise giving them the opportunity - and find out it was a 10 dollar fix. Yes, sometimes repairs cost a lot - but you will probably pay less getting it done here because they wont fix a problem that doesnt exist for the sake of money. Some people take bad news and blame the mechanic - These guys are trustworthy and very reasonably priced.

Up front, honest, reliable, and a good price. Dropped my car off at 8 AM and got it back at 3 PM on the same day.

Mike and his gang have been servicing my familys cars for 20 years now. Couldnt be more pleased with the level of service. As others have mentioned, theyre a busy shop, so dont expect a drive in and out experience, but the quality is worth the wait.

Honest and do great work

My husband and I were headed out of town after a Christmas visit in So Buffalo, home to WV. Our car wouldnt start at the Sunoco on the corner of Ridge and Abbott. Instead of calling AAA, I called Karyczaks, since I remembered my Dad always took our cars there growing up. A mechanic came out within 8 minutes, jumped our car, followed us back to the garage, checked our battery, plugs, alternator. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new battery and we were back on the road. It was 45 minutes total from when the car initially didnt start at the gas pump. I am 6 months pregnant AND it was 7 degrees outside this morning. There is no reason anyone from this shop needed to provide us with this type of service but they did because they (1) care about their work (2) care about the customer and (3) take pride in what they do. After I filled my Dad in on this experience, he stated Theyre pros! and the mechanics here truly are. Thank you!

The guys do great work and are easy to work with.

Trustworthy. Only downside is they are very busy which means you need to get the car there first thing in the morning and it may not be done for a few hours. But they wont push work on you the car doesnt need.
