I have used Gabes on Genesee St. In Cheektowaga a few times for collision work first, then sent my godchild for her collision work. This time I needed my antenna replaced. The quoted price was better than the dealer. The final price was a little higher but still less than the dealer price. I deal with Craig. His demeanor, professionalism and personality has helped me trust him. I still checked with the dealer also. I believe in due diligence. Craig hasnt let me down and I will continue recommending him and Gabes Collision.

These guys are amazing. My truck broke down on the way to the Bills game coming all the way from Vermont. I was able to limp into their parking lot and leave it until Monday. I showed up early and they were more than happy to fit me in to look at the problem. They tried, but it was an existing issue that had happened before but this time it caused too much damage to repair. It was disappointing, but the way I was treated made what could have been rough trip that my daughter had surprised me with a lot more bearable. I had brought my car to Gabes Collision after my car was in a hit and run accident. From the time I filed the claim with insurance to the time I picked my car up it was an awesome experience. After leaving the insurance company I was contacted by a representative for Gabes (Craig). I hadnt even made it home from filing the claim to being contacted. I was impressed with the speed of service there. They were able to look at my car that same day I filed the claim. They kept in touch every time something changed regarding my car, i.e. insurance accepted repairs, parts ordered, parts delayed, parts arrived, paint done, etc. He was very friendly and professional the whole time. The collision repair job on my front panel was flawless; I couldn’t tell my car had been hit.

Work was of very poor quality. Manager was very uncooperative. I had to have the work redone at another collision shop. They showed me all the imperfections that I did not see. This shop is not approved by Allstate insurance so you have no protection if the work is not done properly. All you will get is excuses and lies.

Brought my jeep in to get door replaced after denting gabes got it in right when they could and gave me amazing service i couldn’t of asked for a better job!

I had some car damage that needed to be fixed and they work with my insurance company. The service was prompt, professional, and they keep you posted on the status of your car the whole time its there. When I got my car back it was nice to see that they cleaned the exterior/interior. They even buffed one of my headlights as a courtesy so it matched the one that was replaced. Definitely recommend them!

Gabes took care of my car after a couple of unfortunate raccoons had an unplanned encounter with my front bumper. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and because they also have a car rental place next door I was able to keep going with no major interruptions. Gabe’s Collision, 3700 Genessee Street location, is great. Obviously, no one likes to need collision repairs but Gabe’s makes the process seamless and they keep you up to date throughout their repair process. It’s also very good that the car rental place, Enterprise, is in the same building. A true one stop shop with great customer service, convenience, notifications / updates on your vehicle’s progress, and finished ahead of schedule. Everyone there was very friendly and professional!!!!! The turn around for the collision repair was about a week. It would have been sooner, but they aren’t open weekends and holidays and I dropped my SUV off on a Thursday and it was returned Friday. My vehicle looks great!!! I would definitely recommend them!!! Jeff (who came very highly recommended btw) was dishonest. Told me “not to worry about a thing, that the insurance would take care of expenses all except $500 deductible” He said he would take care of it even though the insurance companies estimate was lower than theirs....I went to pick up my car and I wound up owning them $2600. I am disgusted and feel like I got taken. I’m not sure how you can do repairs on a car without making sure it is ok with the customer first and that that actually have the money but this is what they did so beware...

The accident was stressful enough, Gabe’s made it painless. There are so many other things to deal with after an accident this was by far the best and easiest experience. My car looks brand new, drives great, everything is clean and shiny! Everyone there is friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for any type repair you need. They know how to take care of their customers!

Gabes Collision reminds me of the shops of old. It’s not just the great work they do but they treat you like family. Craig kept in touch with me through out the whole process and made me feel comfortable and confident. The level of professionalism is beyond compare. Jessica was a great help also and very knowledgeable and friendly. My car was restored and looked like new. Oh and bonus, they detail your car after. That was a very nice surprise. I hope I don’t ever need a collision shop again but if I do I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is my second experience with Gabe’s. The first wasn’t so terrible, I was well informed with what was going on with my vehicle and the service was completed in twelve days. After picking the vehicle up I noticed the base coat had runs and was wiped then clear coated over the top of. Complete laziness. Second time around they kept my car for almost three months and never had any answers. Finally the day comes I can pick it up and the windshield is cracked. When I asked about it I was told it wasn’t a part of the repair so it wasn’t fixed. Not to mention I picked it up a day before my state inspection was due and it won’t pass with a cracked windshield. I’m not even sure if it’s legal for them to give me a vehicle back that won’t pass a safety inspection. I’ll never come back. If there was a way to rate less then one star I would.

It took 12 days for my car to be repaired after I slid into a curb and I was the one usually calling to get an update on my repair. It took waaaaay too long to get my car back.

Had some work done from here. Was recommended by Geico to come here. It was a rust spot on the back hatch door. They told me it would be cheaper to just get the rust spot and small dent fixed. They said it would last a while and it wouldnt be worth putting on a whole new hatch door. So of course the door is rusting again and the painting was not the best job. You can see all the sand marks since they did it. Plus when they put the lettering back on they did it backwards from the way it is suppose to be. They did not tell me that a whole new door painted would have only cost me a few hundred more. I would have done it in a heartbeat. New door and paint would mean no rust spots or dents to worry about later on. I guess they probably did it to try and get more work out of me later on.
