I have been going to John Patchens and staff for a long time. They are honest and do the work right the first time. Kudos to John,John and Jim. And they also work on my classic car which I know is in good hands.

Ive had brakes done here for a fair and reasonable price. The job was done quickly and to the vehicles recommended specs. For another service, my rims were basically fused to the wheel studs. They tried everything to get one wheel off to no avail. They were able to contact and set up an appt with another shop to have them use a special tool to remove the rim without breaking or stretching the wheel studs. Instead of breaking something, this original shop was honest with me and decided not to go forward by breaking something and costing me time and a lot more $. They also recommended a different type of nut to use in order to avoid this problem from happening again when a shop over tightens them! This shop always treats me well and performs the work requested satisfactorily. Besides, the owner changes up their sign with funny sayings on it by the intersection, which is a nice source of amusement for me.

Great service shop / garage. Love going here. Always a good experience and a straight shooter type of shop.

I should have written this recommendation years ago. John and his team are, by far, the most honest group of mechanics Ive ever met. To a fault. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to get work done on their cars. Theres a few things they cant do, like some of the more advance computer stuff, but theyll tell you what they can do up front.

Visited here early 2018 to get my flat tire fixed. It was on a spare tire and they put it back to where I belong which is under my car. Today, I had issues with my tire and when I pull out my spare tire, I found a half eaten bagle inside my spare tire. I dont get the joke.

They are great here!!! They really work hard and they do a great job ... extremely good prices and they only do the work if u tell them to after they tell u the exact price!! We have gone here a few times and always had a wonderful and stress free experience!!!
