Made an appointment. They got me in on time. Diagnosed the problem with a valve on my AC quickly. Very fair price. The team there is honest as the day is long. Hopefully I do not have any other vehicle issues but if I do I will surely bring my vehicle to Randy’s Car Care. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle maintenance or repairs.

I recently purchased an OES exhaust manifold/catalytic converter for my car, thinking I might be able to put it in myself. After learning what would be involved in swapping out the part, I realized I did not have the skills or the tools to do it. I called a nearby Ford service department, but they refused to put in any part that wasnt purchased directly from them. Fords option was for me to purchase ANOTHER (identical) part, AND pay for the labor on top. I knew there had to be another option, but I did not trust just anybody with such an extensive job.Then I heard about Randys Car Care. My wifes boss told her the guys there do honest work, and dont try to throw ridiculous charges at you for stuff that isnt even broken. Well, I made an appointment, showed up with my car, and a few hours later the work was done. The mechanic obviously had standards, and explained to me that I should reuse my gaskets and return the ones I purchased. The gaskets I had on the car were still good, and were of a much higher quality. In other words, he did the work, saved me money on parts, AND saved me headaches that would likely have come from using the cheap parts.The price was very reasonable, and for the peace of mind of knowing the work was done right, I would recommend these guys at Randys Car Care.Thank you for your hard work! Next time youll have a clutch to swap out!

Cant say enough about the service we received. Bill and Tina went out of their way to help us recover from an exploded air conditioning compressor on our way home from Toronto after a trip to Europe. Payed 180 dollars for some false diagnostics at this shop. Dont bring your car here if it is misfiring. For me they said my repair would be two grand to repair bent valves when that didnt even end up being the problem with me car. Also this repair should have only been one grand tops. They pretty much just felt like saying two because they didnt feel like truly figuring out what is wrong with my car. In other words bring your car here if you dont want to do a break repair or spark plugs.They will more than gladly do easy work for easy profit. Just dont bring your car here for more serious problems unless you want to get your chain yanked

I will always take my car to Randys because I know I wont have to stress over whether or not theyre being honest with me. Randy runs his business with integrity and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need. Being a female, its difficult to trust mechanics because they assume I know nothing and can charge whatever they want. At Randys its different. I went in asking for new brakes and they just flat out told me I dont need new brakes yet. They have always been very honest, the prices are great, the mechanics are all really great people. They also work very quickly as they understand how much people rely on their vehicles. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Randy is the best auto mechanic in this area...I have an older vehicle, 2001 Saturn coupe, that Randy has worked on since the warrenty was up...it still drives great and I wont let anyone else work on my auto! Randy and his crew certainly are knowledgeable, friendly and know what to do to keep my car on the road..Thanks Guys..

So I have knowledge and experience with other mechanics I just needed something convenient for the sake of time,I called for an oil change and apparently they dont Carry Synthetic Blends for Oil changes,leaving you to either pay for the cheap oil or the most expensive Synthetic oil,not giving you an in-between option for something that isnt really needed for super high mileage.Also asked for a quote on a simple job for a speed wheel sensor replacement on a vehicle with no rust or ceased parts for further complication and of course the general We need to diagnose it causing another charge of unnecessary servicing.Another typical Car shop where they try to dig deep in your pockets,I do not recommend to those who are mechanics and dont have time in their hands.

Over priced got charged 592$ to fix my alternator. ridiculous pricing.

I had transmission lines replaced on my 2009 Tacoma and it was done in a short period of time. When I was called to come pick it up I was told that the cost was cheaper than I was initially told. I dont hear that too often - great service!
