These guys were great. I thought their price was high after they called me back with an estimate on the work I knew needed to be done, so I asked them to give me some time while I called around. No sass, no nonsense they told me to call back when ready. Price was right on the market for other shops for the same work. Brakes, rotors, alignment, oil, they got the work done same day and the car runs like a dream. Thanks guys!

The Nirellis are a great family and they take care of so much. They were honest, fair and quick with a quote and texted pictures with the quote.

Completely impressed by their honesty and integrity. The Lexus dealer quoted me a high price for brakes and one of my co-workers suggested that I get an estimate from Nirellis. Thank God I did. Nirellis said I still had about 40-50% of brake pad left and they said they wouldnt recommend changing all of that at this time. Not only that but they took pictures and showed me exactly what they were talking about. They did all of that without charging me anything! It is so hard to find an honest mechanic so glad I found one. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I came here for an inspection and oil change and had great service. A week later my ABS and brake light turned on so I figured I’d go back to this place since I had good service prior. I dropped my car off and they called me later to tell me what the issue was and how much it would cost to get fixed. They called me the next day to let me know my car was ready. I picked it up and about 5 minutes into driving my ABS light turned right back on and also my traction control light which has NEVER turned on before. I called them and they said to bring it back. They called not too much later and said it was all set, free of charge. I pick it up that afternoon and the same exact lights are back on again!!! All they did was reset the sensors, so they didn’t even look to see what the issue was. I brought my car to Toyota and they gave me an estimate of over $1,000 and said that I pretty much paid them $400 the first time around for NOTHING. Literally never ever going here again, nothing but a scam.

Guy and Nelson Nirelli, owners, have one of the best shops Ive ever had a car in in my 50 plus years of owning cars. As a shade tree mechanic, I like to do most service on my cars myself, but Im in Minnesota but my daughter lives in Buffalo but I never have a worry if she has car troubles because theyll take care of it without any hassles. Highly recommended!

I just moved back to Buffalo from Boston, and my fiance recommended Nirellis. Ive taken my 2017 Subaru to them twice for service and theyre excellent - straight shooters. Without me asking, they removed significant white paint scrapes off my back bumper for no charge. I unfortunately recently hit a blown truck tire on the NYS Thruway and did not hesitate to take it to Nelson Nirelli. The appraisal was done by the end of the day, and theyre going to do the work. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They tried charging me $69 to change my low beam light. I told them it does not cost that much so the man said he will check with the mechanic and then they changed it to $45. Still a rip off but I had to get back to work. Just goes to show they were trying to rip me off. I came here for an oil change and they said my car needed synthetic oil and it did not. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of a young woman. I used to come here for all my car needs but no longer will bring my business to them. There are actual honest mechanics around unlike this place.
