I’ve been living here for 2 years. This place is an awesome place to live. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our complex manager Charlene is one of the best managers we’ve had. She’s very reliable and helpful and she makes sure she get back to you in a timely manner.

I put in an application and tried to follow up with them multiple times but never heard back. Even when you call, no one picks up. I heard they were nice apartments and Im looking for a two bedroom but they dont seem to be very good at doing business. Its a shame.

The lofts are beautiful, but the front staff rarely takes care of issues quickly.Example - Took over 4 months to get door on pantry fixed and the neighbor who smokes and makes my allergies flare up has yet to be caught. The amenities aren’t as grand as claimed. They need more than one maintenance man and more staff that can work later.Update - Maintenance man is retiring due to poor treatment. My favorite lady was fired and have had just about nothing but negative interactions and violations.4 or 5 star living area, but for the money paid, the headache that is the property manager please ask some tenants before you move in about what it is really like there.No bathroom near workout areaNo grilling outsidePet (or human) excrement is not quickly taken care ofService dogs are hassledI’m not one for drama but the way the front staff treats people is extremely rude.If they rehired a few different people and had more maintenance staff on site, it would be worth the money. Unfortunately the good tenants I know are looking to leave.Look at the urine and vomit 🤮 on the elevator. I refuse to let my dog stand in excrement either 🤦🏻‍♂️Look at the conditions of the “luxury” they talk about. Only the rooms, maintenance men and lady at the front office keep this from a 0 star review.

I love my new apartment here! The place is beautiful, the details that went into each unit are amazing, and l feel safe and secure. The size and layout is awesome too! I have a laundry room right in my apartment, which I use as a storage room since I dont have a washer/dryer of my own and theres a large laundry facility in the building. Indoor parking is a huge plus as well. I saw the other reviews and Im a little confused because Ive not had any of those experiences and the girls in the office have been nothing but friendly and polite, even going as far as bringing UPS packages right to my door when I was at work. I cant imagine living anywhere else now that Im here!

Absolutely beautiful conversion of old building into modern living space with all brand new amenities!

This place is horrible. One maintenance man who doesnt know how to fix anything and the people in the front office are horrible. The good tenants are leaving and the horrible pot smoking tenants are staying. Inspections of apartments is extremely intrusive and the tenants have no choice of days or hours they come into your home. Funny they can do all these inspections but cant clean common areas at all. They have a coffee bar (Keurig) machine and there has never been any coffee for it anytime Ive tried to get some . And the game room is taken over by loud and disrespectful tenants cursing and being ghetto so my child cant even go down and enjoy the basic space they provide. Not worth the money at all. Everything that glistens aint gold. Oh and the adult playpen they provide out side with the non working fire pit is just a waste of space . Also if you work dont think you will get your packages .. mine have been sent back because they keep some in the office and the office closes at 4 or 5
