Very happy with our furnace and A/C replacements. Everything was done on-time and as expected. We had additional vent work completed, and the crew cleaned up everything very nicely. New A/C worked great and was super quiet!

The blower motor in our AC decided August was a fine time to simply give up the ghost, and we rightly disagreed. I wish I could give Nate from Aerostar more stars than 5. I would absolutely recommend him.We called Nate because our air flow for our A/C was so poor, we had to have several fans running just to have some air flow. We had several other HVAC guys out before for the same problem, and it was never resolved until now.Nate was so thorough. He started by taking a look at the ducts (no one had ever bothered with that before). Nate recommend a couple more return vents to help with the air flow. He was right.We were so impressed with Nate that we decided that we’d have him install a new Furnace and A/C unit. He was so thorough, honest, and an all around great guy. Nat installed our furnace and AC 10+ years ago and gave us prompt service when the AC recently went out during 90+ degree June weather. He solved the problem quickly, was reasonably priced, and gave friendly professional advice on how to better maintain our AC in the coming years. Nate also gave free over the phone instructions to my wife on how to change the thermostat battery when the furnace stopped working while she was home alone last winter. Nate was fantastic to work with! Of all the people we had quote a new furnace/ac system, he was the only one to catch a code issue that needed to be resolved. He also recommended new return vents in our basement to not only help with circulation, but also keep it a bit warmer. On top of all that, he was the most competitive on price and was never pushy. Before Aerostar our AC struggled to cool our home, especially on the second floor. On hot days it wouldn’t keep up, and ran constantly. Aerostar recommended replacing our AC along with changing some of our ductwork to allow our system to perform better. TRULY the best experience Ive had with a home maintenance contractor. Very personable and professional. Aerostar installed both a new furnace and AC unit. Also installed any needed duct work & upgraded current duct work in home to run more efficiently. Finally, he vented our range hood vent to the outside. I HIGHLY recommend Nate for any of your Heating, A/C or HVAC needs.P.S.Its worth noting that we only have a cellar for utilities and a crawl space underneath the rest of the house. The entry to our crawl space is VERY cramped and the cellar is quite small also. So, not much working room. It isnt easy for any contractor to do work in our house because of the design. As a matter of fact weve had other contractors refuse work because of the confined work space. This was NEVER an issue for Aerostar. He merely noted that hes seen worst and gave us there best service. To include making what was previously installed more efficient, as mentioned above.Also, whenever I need new air filters he delivers them to my home.

Im always looking for the best bang for my buck when I have to buy anything. I do a lot of research to get quotes, find out what is the best equipment to have installed with the best warranty and Nate did a tremendous job selling the Carrier furnace and A/C we had installed. Our 30 year old Rheem A/C compressor quit working in August, on a hot humid week, on Friday. I looked for repair near me and found Nate at Aerostar. Called him, and he said he could drop by, that afternoon, after finishing a job. He thought it might be a capacitor, that is often a culprit on older units, and sure enough it was. He had a spare in his truck, and in an hour, it was working again. While he commented on its age, he did not try to up-sell us on a new unit, just went to work on it. And, we talked about its future, and he made honest good points like Its not as efficient as the newer ones, but the payback on a replacement would be pretty long and as long as its working fine, hed keep it as is. So - not only did he find time on a Friday afternoon to do an inspect and repair, but he also was honest and straightforward in not trying to sell a new unit when the old one was still okay. 100% satisfied!

Our air conditioner quit working during those weeks that were 90s and above back in August 2020. My husband called around one evening and left several messesage with heating and AC companies. Nate called us back within 15 minutes and asked if he could come over right away to see if he could get our air conditioner up and running for us. We told Nate that another company looked at it and told us it was shot because it got hit by lightening. Nate worked on it for an hour or so to see if he could at least get it running so we can get some relief from the heat. Nate couldnt get it running that night. Nate even found some Rebates for us and he set up the rebates and warranty on our new AC and furnance. Nate even stopped over the same day after dinner to make sure it was still working. My AC was not cooling at the temp I wanted. Always a few degrees warmer. Great service! Furnace went out on a cold night. We called them around 6PM and they showed up at 9PM to repair. Ended up needing a new furnace. It was ordered the next morning and installed without any issues. They followed up on time in the spring to install the air conditioner. I would recommend them to anyone.

We got a new furnace and air conditioner in this past winter. Our furnace has been great, and the AC was great too. The compressor went out on the AC during this hot stretch, and for the warrantee it was recommended that just the compressor be replaced. Nate insisted that the whole unit be replaced, and he made it happen.We’ve had Nate do work in the past too. He responds quickly to a phone call and provides great service!

My AC went out and I called several places, All of which were booked several weeks out with my being on a “priority” list. Nate was referred to me by someone in my neighborhood. A couple of weeks ago during the heat wave my central air conditioner quite working. After calling several other companies and getting no answers or voice mails that were not returned a friend of mine recommended I call Aerostar. I called early and they answered even though I was expecting to get their voicemail. The technician I spoke to Nate was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I explained I was a bit of a handy man and he had suggested what might be wrong, helped me order the part and I picked it up. He stepped me through the simple repair while reserving a time the next day for me in-case I couldnt fix it myself. My air was up and running later that day with his simple advise. So thankful my friend suggested Aerostar, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Been living with a poorly designed cooling system since the house was built 17 years ago. The AC would run constantly all summer and I could never get the temp to drop on those hot humid days. Finally, pulled the trigger on rebuilding the attic duct work and installing a whole new system. Nate did amazing work adapting my poorly designed system to now providing well over double the air flow to my second story. The whole system was installed with care and efficiency in mind. Nates the man! Hes ready to answer your call on his cell and respond. He was even willing to drop his weekend plans to come out and fix our furnace. He remembers you and your equipment / issues if you have to call him months later and is extremely trustworthy. He explains every cost and why its needed and will work with you to find less expensive options if he can as well, such as scratch and dent appliances, etc.
