My daughters and I were in town for a wedding. We got an appointment together. I hadnt had my nails professionally done in decades. I was pleased with how the options were explained. The staff was excellent. My acrylic nails are beautiful. I 100% recommended Nail Buff Salon.

Way overpriced for the quality I got. Got my nails done Saturday, today is Wednesday and my dip mani is falling apart, it’s coming off in a chalky consistency. Not sure what kind of dip is used but I’ve never had this happen to me from other salons. Leaving a white residue on my nails, completely ruined my nail beds 😭

Definitely go!!! I got a same day appointment and my nail tech was so sweet. I told her what my vision was and she got it 100%. so so cute!

Very unprofessional very rude and Not friendly at all. I drove 20 minutes to get to my appointment and because I am 3 minutes lateShe gives my appointment away and refuses to do my nails. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life by a nail technician I would never ever ever recommend to anybody!!!!!

Lyna was great!!! She got me in quickly at the end of the day and did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I am visiting from Arizona and was so impressed with this place. All staff were professional and good at what they do. Even better than my salon back home.

Went with two friends for pedicures and manicure. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly.The salon is clean and they take all the precautions to comply with COVID19 regulations.The only issue is that they do not take credit cards. They should post this in large format on the door for newcomers. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

They are not real friendly!! Should let you know when your in chair or beforehand they only take cash or pay cards!! Should post somewhere

WOW! I went here because of a recommendation. I am from Akron. I called in the morning to make an appointment. I was able to get in at 11:45a that day. I was met with a friendly face and was happy to see the place looked very chic and clean. I was there to get a fill & gel polish done. She took her time and was gentle to take the old polish off and asked me how I would like the shape and the length. I was able to show her a picture of what I would like done and she went to find polish options for me to match the picture. She was able to recreate the design in the picture almost perfectly!! I will definitely be coming back & will be giving out recommendations!!If you are looking for a new place to get your nails done I would highly recommend here! You won’t be disappointed! 🤗

I really enjoy this salon! I usually get a full set of acrylics but their pedicures and other services are also very nice! Everyone is very nice and for the work they do the prices are reasonable. The nails are always precise and just as you want them. Would recommend!

Love love LOVE this salon! The staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean. My girl put so much time and effort into making sure my nails were perfect, and they were.Call ahead and make an appointment for sure! I stopped in as a walk in and I was asked to come back an hour-ish later. You can tell that the owner feels bad when people wait around and I respect her for that!***THEY ARE CASH TIPS ONLY!***I wish I would have known this in advance! I paid with my card then left the salon, went to the bank, and went back to tip my girl. Even though she said, its okay, next time! Dont worry about it! It was the least I could do for all the time, effort, and customer service associated with my experience. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time at this salon. I got a dipped set with tips applied at this salon. I have had the same nails applied at 2 other salons. When she was applying the tips and went to shorten them, a few came off and she had to reapply them. Anytime Ive had dipped nails in the past, they have lasted between 2-3 weeks. This time, after 9 days, 2 nails are pulling away and one just completely fell off. They arent the same nails she had to reapply either. Very disappointing... I wont be going back.

I am new to Nail Buff. I have a medical condition which causes frail nails. My nails have improved dramatically in just a couple of months. I am very pleased with the service and attention given.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. it straight up looked like i had a mountain on my finger nail. they were so thick. before i got gel put on i asked multiple times if i could get them thinner because i was not happy with the thickness of them and Lina kept on telling me that they were supposed to be that thick and if she went any thinner it would go down into my natural nail bed. however i have gotten my nails done quite a few times before and different salons and they always made it look natural and smooth. so not only were they thick they were also very uneven. the other lady who painted my nails kept smudging them with her finger and the stringy bandaid that was on her finger kept getting in my polish. i paid and left a tip. i walked right back in there and asked to fix them and get some of my money back and they refused. i finally got them to fix it and i waited. she asked the other lady if she put a base coat on before my gel (which she didn’t) and she said yes. when she started taking off my gel polish she cut my skin numerous times and was extremely rough. i do not recommend this place if you are a new customer. this was my first time here.

I had been a client of Lynas for years, following her to multiple salons. During the past several months, I have watched her attitude steadily decline. I have had her snap at me on multiple occasions and have witnessed her being nasty to other clients. I would make appointments and still be made to wait for sometimes 20 minutes or more because shell overbook her schedule, yet she couldnt understand why people would leave after waiting for long periods of time when they, too, had appointments. After my last appointment I had to smooth rough edges and clean nail polish off of my finger. I will say that Ive had manicures from both Tatyana and Jennifer in the past and they do beautiful work and always with a smile. However, at this point I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Thus place is extremely awesome i am a mother of a set of twins and going to have another set of twins but the girl twin named London andbis 10 years old decided to get watermelon nail they turned out amazing even though we had to wait for a couple hours they did a great job👍👍👍thank you so much for making my daughters first experience with her nails the first and best

I went in for the first time 3 weeks ago for a gel manicure. Lyna was so welcoming and did an amazing job! I love how they take appointments on sundays too! I went in again today and had tatiana give me a gel manicure! She also did an amazing job! She took her time and my nails look so clean and fresh! I finally found a nail salon that I like near me!! I will definitely be a regular customer! And not mention the sweet company of Lynas little pup is such a pleasure!

Extremely disappointed, all the techs are incredibly nice & we had a good experience the first time we went but the second time, we were made to wait an hour & a half past our appointment time, figuring it was just a mistake we decided to try a third time. Our appointment was for 1:30 PM, by the time both my grandmother & I had our nails done it was 4:30. They kept taking later appointments in front of us & made my grandmother have to wait 3 hours total & the outcome of both of our nails was average, not what youd expect waiting 3 hours for a gel manicure or acrylic nails. I dont know what the problem was but being treated like this twice is absolutely infuriating, I dont believe we will return.

I highly recommend this place! Just got a fill done here and the service was wonderful, and my nails look perfect!

She did a full manicure and pedicure with a French tip gel polish for my wedding on the beach in North Carolina on October 11th.I have been to other salons where I paid a lot for my gel polish to only have it chip a couple days later.Tatyana did a wonderful job. Between packing, traveling, cleaning, cooking, going on the beach, playing with sand and seashells, and playing in the ocean it is October 18th and they still look like they did when I left, absolutely beautiful.Thank you again for helping to make my wedding day perfect!!

Ive gotten my nails done here countless times. Ive had issues with the gel peeling but they fixed it asap.
