I love my hair! Homeria did the wolf cut I’ve always wanted and she was so gentle while cutting my hair and helped me choose the length that would suit me. I definitely would go again and let her do my haircuts!

The person cutting my hair was very out going. Did a good job layering my hair. I just am not happy with the side, there isnt really any style to them. Over all good job.

I have read the reviews and was a bit skeptical about going. However I went ahead and booked online. Joseph cut my hair. Very pleasant person, professional, easy to talk to and he cut my hair the way that it needed to be cut - the way I wanted it. 😊

I came in wanting a medium length straight bob, with the dead ends to be cut. I did mention that I didn’t want a lot of length to get cut off (which that she was just dead set on) I told he it was fine if we had to go a little shorter, because i got my hair bleached and colored about 5 months prior from a different salon, so I was mainly wanting the dead ends off. She gets to cutting and she doesn’t even spray my hair with water. Now one thing I will give her is that she did give me straight. But it was blunt and the little bits of layers that she did was not even or even blended. And when I told her that she told me that it would end out being way shorter like up to my face short because she said it was to damaged, ( it’s not, the mid shaft and roots weren’t damaged, just the ends.) and then told me that there was no one else in the world that could give me the hair cut I wanted. If I could post pictures I would, of before and after. Honestly I am a 28 year old woman and I have a hair cut that makes me feel 12 again because it’s so blunt and the layers looks just horrible and not to mention the uneven bangs she gave me because she claimed that because of my cowlick she had to cut that side shorter so when I style it, that it would be straight like I was wanting. Corporate if you are reading this I am truly sorry that I was not satisfied enough to pay. If there was a way to make this right I willpay. I made a appt for 10am today (fri) i call tuesday got there and my name had been crossed out!! It was for a simple cut and the guy was rude I just walked out I went to cuts by us sarah did a great job!!!!!! supercuts is on my Blacklist no people skills and Bad Businesses ethics!

Michelle cut my hair...she was funny and talented...gave me the exact haircut I asked for...we have just moved here and you know how we girls are about out haircuts...she listened!!!!!! Will definitely have her cut my hair again!!!!!!

Valencia was awesome. Very friendly, did a wonderful job with my hair. I have very thick curly hair and a few waves that make it hard to cut but she did a wonderful job. Listened to what I ask for and did just that. Will go back to see her when Im in town. Thanks Valencia. Youre great.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon to be told that there were three customers before me, so I patiently waited. However, at least three additional people came in and were asked if they had called in. They said that they had so there names were placed ahead of mine. I would think that if a customer called to schedule services, there name and time would have been added to their customer name board when they called, however they were not. Their names were just placed ahead of mine. One customer with small little boy who was present when I arrived, finally got up and left.I was delayed several days in our travels to southwest Florida due to the impending bad weather, and I really needed a haircut so I decided to go ahead and wait. I waited close to two hours for a rushed 15 minute horrible haircut. No blow dry after the haircut just left to leave with my damp hair. I have NEVER not given a very generous tip for services, but I did not tip this operator. I almost cried when I got to my car to look closely at the haircut. I would have given a 0 rating if possible. This is a poorly run shop.I have a great hairstylist, Marley, in a Supercuts in Bonita Springs, Florida. My first stop will be to see her to get the mess of this haircut repaired as able.

There’s an old lady she’s white and I think she has white hair but she doesn’t know how to cut hair, i been to super cuts before and they gave me sick haircuts but if your going to get a haircut from supercuts don’t get the old white lady she kinda big (not in a rude way)

Manager was sitting while a couple of walk-ins patiently waiting. asked if I had an appointment and I said no. she told me that the 2walk-ins that wasnt servicing were waiting for an appointment to cancel. she asked me if I wanted an appointment for tomorrow when I told her that I was working. walked out instead of trying to find common ground due to her rude tone. I cant wait for this ridiculous pandemic to be considered over. this is getting way out of hand.

The Best! The stylist here listen to their customers and try to give them what they want. Extremely patient and compassionate. Theres usually a wait time, but all things good are worth a wait!

Great atmosphere and good prices. The stylists are friendly and really care about your hair. If you are military, veteran, or first responder they have a great price for you as well.

Cant fade hair well at all

I had been pleased with them in the past. Decided the last few times to try setting an appointment online ahead of time. Both times we have been passed over. We have always been loyal supercuts customers for over 16+ yrs. Looks like we wont be returning.

I was nervous about cutting my hair but Valencia was AMAZING. She did a perfect job very professional and I will return again. Standing ovation Valencia! I feel like a new woman.

I am here in Brunswick every year this time for work, and always end up stopping by Supercuts for a trim. This visit, Carly did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and great to converse with.

After waiting 2 hours, the stylist talked constantly to the other stylists. When I told her we had an appointment, she responded by saying she likes to talk. Then we were treated rudely.

I have just left Supercuts with a very unpleasant visit.I have been here multiple times in the past. I have seen Michelle every time and it has been great. Today I decided I really need a haircut and Michelle is not working. I go in anyway without any preference to who does my haircut. I have called the supercuts to get the name of my stylist, and given the name Lori to fit my description of the stylist I had today.I wait my turn which only took about 15 minutes and am called back. I ask how the stylist, Lori, is doing and she says “hm okay I guess”. Kind of odd but could be a bad day. I then asked how her new year was and she replied with an apathetic tone “it was fine. Kind of bittersweet. At least I made it”.She then cut off all small talk and asked what haircut I wanted. I told her I wanted a fade from a 3 on the sides and back into a shorter top with shears and thinned.She then asked what length on the top. I showed her a picture of the last haircut I got back in Early September. Keep in mind I have not gotten a haircut in 4 full months. She the. Says “well how much length is that”. I have no idea how much length that is. I told her I didn’t know and showed her the picture again. She stated that she could leave it like it is since I have the same amount of hair. Now just a reminder: I have not had a hair cut in 4 months. I then told her that she was right and that she should leave it how it is and that I would not be treated that way so I left.Overall a terrible experience at a business that I often defend to people who hold a negative stigma to Supercuts. Hopefully this was a bad day for this employee and doesn’t happen to many others.

After not getting a hair cut for 11 months, I decided it was time. The shop is very organized. You walk in, give your name, and it appears on a screen above so you dont have to wonder how many people are ahead of you. The lovely lady that cut my hair was named Michelle, and with her, it was a haircut and a show! She was too funny, so it was entertainment while I got my mane tamed. She was very considerate of my requests, making suggestions about what would look best and be healthiest for my hair along the way. Thanks Michelle!

The manager fixed my hair after I cut it myself repeatedly. I got frustrated and nearly wanted to shave it, but she fixed it. I am so happy and i am heading to cosmetology school.

I usually have a great experience but today I was severely disappointed in the service that was provided. The hairstylist got offensive when my son came out and I was just looking at his hair. She had a horrible attitude and I will not be going back.

Out of the 11 cuts Ive had, 3 were just far off from what I wanted. 1 was uneven by a half inch at the ears on either side and 1 was choppy. I take my hair seriously but it seems like this place hires starting stylists. Cheap price but you get what you pay for

I shouldnt even give them 1 star.I go to get my hair cut and the hairdresser. Lori told me to sit down. I did. She said Can you move your overweight self off of my cape.... I said yes and moved. Thinking to myself maybe shes having a bad day so Im not letting her bother me. She then asked me what kind of a cut did i want done. I stated that I needed the dead ends cut off and layered. I even showed her a picture. She then said Theres nothing worse then someone coming in and showing pictures of what they wanted done...she then said I need to know exactly how much you need cut off ( Real snappy ). She said real loud Is it a inch 5 inches, how much do you want me to cut your GD ( but she said the word ) hair . I stood up and said calmly. I dont want you to cut my hair. I got up and started walking out and she came after me cussing me. The 1 other hairdresser in there told me to call corporate and told me the girls name. The entire time this crazy woman is coming after me.

We only had to wait about 10 minutes. They cut my daughters hair exactly as she wanted it. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly.

Been there a feel time and thought it was pretty good. Until this time a lady that had a name start with a l cut my hair. It did not turn out anyway I wanted it to be. It was almost as if she wanted to do things her way and not listen to me. I had a bout 4 inches of hair and only wanted a max of 1 inch off. However, it seemed to me that 2 inches is the new 1. Overall the experience I had was dismal and now I am very very angry.

Ive had problems with the service here before but today sealed it. We went in with our 2 year old grandson and the first thing said to us is if hes gonna cry we cant cut his hair. My wife responded with lets just see what happens and their response was a look of disgust but no words. No one was in the store at all but she still seemed bothered by us. We turned and walked out. They have permanently lost my business and will be sure to fill in family and friends.

My hair was one length down to my lower ear., swept over from the top to the one side. Spent at least 10 minutes talking to the hairperson. I pull up pictures from Pinterest. I told her I didnt want the back cut short. I actually pick up the back of my hair and said leave all this and just cut below. All it needed was to be reshape. She asked about my bangs. I said leave them bc they are the perfect length right now. When she said to put my head down I wondered what was she doing with my bangs since I had just said not to cut them. Finally she turned me around so I could see in the mirror. I gasp!! My hair didnt look anything like I ask for. In fact it looked like someone had put a bowl on my head and cut it. The back was completely cut short like a mans cut. The bangs were so short I couldnt believe it. I said this is not how I said I wanted my hair cut. My hair is cut in layers above my ears. She responded by saying she was sorry and wouldnt charge me any thing. Horrible hair cut!I know its only hair but I spend four months growing it out and now it is so super short I cant do anything with it. Where do you get these people . ??? How much more clearer could I have been with this person . I dont know her name but she had dark hair with a stripe of color down the part. She needs to be fired!! I will be more than happy to post a picture of what I ask for and what it looks like now. This is the worst hair cut Ive ever had !! Dont go there!!!

I just took my 4 year old and the lady was so rude and rough on him. Even my son said mommy she was mean. We will never go back to her. She didnt even tell us her name.. second booth from the enterence.

My favorite stylist was Ali. (her card says Alexandra Bergman). Very disappointed when I found out she struck out on her own, but was able to track her down on facebook (under Ali Bergman). YAY! A good stylist is hard to find so well worth internet stalking and reaching out through messenger to make an appointment.You go into Supercuts for convenience, expecting an average haircut for a cheap price - and thats perfectly fine. Supercuts fills that niche very well.But Ali truly elevated that place to something else. Normally my hair is a mess. I do ponytails a lot because I simply cant be bothered. Yet now I find myself wearing it down because it looks good without having to to style it. Yes, Ali is that good. My sister and niece who live in Colorado make sure to see Ali when they are in town.If Supercuts continues to staff itself with Ali caliber stylists then Im sure theyll do well. My suggestion though is to track Ali Bergman down on facebook. Shes the one with the colorful hair!

If you have children under three I DONT recommend going here. My son who is two (in a four toddler clothes) is big for his age and was a little upset because he was tired when we went in. No one was waiting and two people were in the back cutting hair and two ladies who worked there up front talking to each other. When we took my son in she said they couldnt cut his hair because there were twelve people on the list ahead of us who had checked in via mobile but werent there. I personally dont understand why we would have to wait all day for people who arent there to decided whether or not they are actually going to come in. Also when my 2 year old son got moody she said I hope he doesnt act like that in the chair. When I proceeded to tell her that my son is two. She replied Hes a little big for 2 dont you think? As if I the woman who gave birth to him didnt know how old he was. I went through 21 and a half hours of labor I know how old my son is. Not all two year olds are in a 2 toddler there are small two year olds and big two year olds. They were rude and had horrid customer service I will never recommend this establishment if you have kids under 3

Ali is awesome!!!!! I recommend her to everyone. I work at a package store w/loyal customers so people notice when I change my hair & I tell everyone to go see her. She is 1 of the few ppl I know who can do a razor cut right. Sometimes u do have to wait but its so worth it bc she is phenomenal to say the least. My son has 2 battling cow licks & incredibly thick hair & over the past 16 yrs I have took him to barber shops & salons only to be disappointed. She made his day though. Not only was she able to tame those licks she gave him an incredible cut. He couldnt stop smiling all the way home. Also shes a very accomplished waxer! Both my son & daughter have what looked like furry caterpillars over there eyes & she did an AMAZING job naturally shaping them to say the least. Plus she stayed late to get all this done! Thank u sooooo much from the bottom of my heart for all u did. U have no idea how happy u made my kids:)

Dont go to this Supercuts. I waited for 1 hour +. The two women that were giving haircuts for just talking the whole entire time to the to the client.

This place pushed my hairline back sooo far yet I was taught to not discriminate so I gave this white lady a chance to cut my hair although i thought she was a receptionist but I let her cut me and she utterly ruined my hairline to the brink Im mortified and angry as I type this if you cant cut African hair please just say so if you dont know what your doing just say so its partially my fault not telling her to stop when I first noticed she had no idea but this is a lesson learned dont trust white people with my hair no matter what this is not a hate review its a,true honest fact that she ruined my hairline and hopefully she stops cutting hair all together or learn from her mistake and never cuts black people hair again

Will never go here again I have been going here for monthes I left work early walk in at 420 PM they close at 5 PM and the woman tells me that they close in 40 minutes and dont want to cut my hair, even offer to pay extra $20 still says no and she was extremely rude!
