The service I received was great. They did such a great job on my truck. I took my truck there on Thursday at about 5 pm and my truck was ready the next day as promise. My son car wouldnt start so I called Josh at 8pm after work hours and told him that my son car wouldnt start he told me to have it towed to the shop and he would check it out in the morning and will call when he find out whats going on with it, and he did and told he how much it would cost and when my son car would be ready, and it was. My son was very pleased with the service as well.

I brought my car in and the level of service was beyond my expectations, clear communication, updates on a regular basis, photos of what they found, upfront and transparent from beginning to end. They even was able to bring the cosmetics back to life headlights, and paint renewed..Always communicating before moving on .. I will recommend Pipes Performance to get the job done right the first time !!

Total pros that are also super nice! I had a check engine light on that I learned online how to get the diagnostic code for. 0128. A bad thermostat or sensor. They got the van at 2 and had the diagnostics verified and fixed by3:30 that day. And the parts come with a warranty I’ve never seen before. Great crew and shop that doesn’t look like a junkyard. Can’t recommend them enough.

Whenever I have any sort of auto related issue, I take my cars to Josh. Hes a super standup guy and a great mechanic that is meticulous about the work he does and makes sure it is done properly and efficiently. Always a good experience and super trustworthy mechanic.

Josh Pipes is an excellent mechanic. He is a long-time ASE Master Mechanic and it shows. His workspace is immaculate and well laid out. When Josh works on your vehicle, he communicates with you throughout the process so there are no surprises. His prices are very reasonable, especially with the level of quality he provides. I would call his manner of dealing with customers highly personal. At many shops you drop off your car and never get to see it again until it is finished. Not so at Pipes Performance, we were welcomed back and shown the car and all its damaged parts with thorough explanations of how the repairs would be made. My highest praise is that he will always have my business.

They could not figure out what wàs wrong with the vehicle. They charged me $235.00 diagnosis fee. I had the vehicle towed to another repair shop. They did not have the ability to fix my truck. In addition, I paid to and from towing. Bad business. Will not use them again.

I put a Flowmaster exhaust system on my 2018 Silverado a few months ago, I drove down from Maryland to Georgia I realized my driver side exhaust pipe was hanging low. I did my research to find out where I should take my baby to get adjusted, one of my friends suggested Pipes Performance. My first impression of Josh Pipes and Tim is that they are hardcore Car Guys, they are the kind of dudes that on a Saturday night sit around the fire drink beer and talk about muscle cars. Getting into the shop was pretty easy because I made the phone call to Pipes Performance early on a Week day. Josh and Tim made the adjustment and also fixed something on my exhaust kit that I messed up during installation. Their price was extremely reasonable and they do very good work, I highly recommend this place to visiting students as well as anyone who is looking to get their vehicle fixed correctly and not get robbed.
