I called Monday and they said they could take me first thing Tuesday morning. My sons exhaust pipe was dragging and I thought that they would have to replace the whole exhaust. They called and said that they repaired it for $50. Unbelievable, they were very fast and super reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to use Juds, theyre great!!

Ive dealt with this crew for years and I will always come back to them if I need anything. They specialize in brakes, mufflers, exhaust work, and suspension work. They are very timely with their work and charge at a reasonable price. Not to mention, just like any garage that guarantee their work, they do have their warranties that come with the work. (Some being longer than others depending on what the work is done.)

Theyre absolute pros! I work for a nearby dealership, and we send all of our exhaust work to these guys. When my personal truck developed exhaust issues, I sent it here for a muffler and a tailpipe. The handiwork and craftsmanship is unbelievable! They used the factory hanging points, they didnt drill into the frame to hang the exhaust. I couldnt be happier, and Ill recommend this place to anybody who needs exhaust work done!

Just went here for the first time and got a new muffler installed for my 2005 Honda Accord. I called up around 2pm and they said they could get me in that day. Juds is a pretty great place! They did run a bit late as I did have an appointment and was not taken at that time, but it was worth the wait. I got some custom exhaust work done and it came out very nicely. Sounds and looks great! I was even given a better price at the end than what was originally quoted to me.

Honest and fair. High quality service. Have had them work on multiple family cars and each experienced was consistent. I drive 45 minutes to get there because they are that good and in the end the fair prices and quality work is worth the extra gas money.

After reading the reviews I was not sure. Good pricing and they where able to help me reseal the manifolds for my truck, no other shop would. They where able to reuse them and it was done fast. They do need to work on calling the customer to let them know whats up. I had to call to find out what was going on.

I went to them to get an estimate for my exhaust. The dealership that I normally go to told me that I needed a new muffler and resonator. The paperwork that I received from the dealership referenced a quote for repairs, yet they failed to give it to me. Knowing that it could be another four weeks before the dealership could give me an appointment, I took it to Juds. They quoted about $60 for the resonator and was able to repair it on the spot. 20 minutes later I was out the door with a new resonator and they welded a small hole on my muffler. I couldnt have been happier. Thank you Juds- keep up the great work.

I went to Juds for an estimate for brakes and rotors and they were able to get my car in that day! I ended up needing some other work done and they called before doing anything and gave me a little bit of a discount on the brakes since they found other work needed. Everyone who worked with me seemed honest and genuine. Will definitely go back for other work in the future and refer friends and family! Very impressed with the work and how I was treated!

Got a brake line fixed there. Was not bad but they forgot to tighten a few bolts, I only went to them cus of how annoyed I am with brake lines (done them multiple times in the past) and I had no time to fix it myself. Every vehicle I ever brought to them always had am issue afterwards. Find someone that wont lead you on

They were able to do a custom weld job on my truck to correct an exhaust problem.They knew exactly what made sense for the vehicle and corrected everything at a great price and also finished everything in just over an hour. Highly impressed.

I would NOT RECOMMEND!!! I had a 9 am appointment that I was on time for. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours and watching them take 3 people that didnt have a appointment I asked what was going on with my car. I was then yelled at and told they were getting to it at which time I left and will never return This is not how you should be treated as a paying customer I would recommend going to a different shop that will treat you right

I cannot stress how absolutely amazing this company is as a whole. We went to a shop that is a bit more local to us as we live in Olmsted Falls and work in Middleburg Heights. It was a nightmare from the getgo they not only tried to overcharge us from what was quoted they went on to say that if we didnt get their recommended work we would be in the same boat as their other customer who needed extensive work. I called Juds while we were at the other shop Jud himself quoted me over the phone and his price for what they said I needed was about 300 less, I was able to get it in today and was called and said we needed less than what I had asked for and he saved us a total of 400 from what I was quoted at the convenient chain. This is the second time he has saved us from overspending. We will not go anywhere else.

This is the best auto repair shop that I have ever been to. They somehow manage to do the repairs for less than half the price than I get quoted from other places. As a woman who is completely clueless about car stuff, I especially appreciate Jud’s because they have never tried to sell me on any additional useless items/repairs that my car doesn’t need at the time.While they do take walk-ins for when you have an emergency, I highly recommend that you make an appointment because of how busy they always are.

My older car needed a muffler and flex pipe, but didnt want to spend a lot of money. They offered very good pricing and extremely fast service.

Fixed a hole in my muffler for a decent price and that went well. then came back later to have my car looked at for some other problems it was having. as i sat in the waiting room while they looked over the car, at least 3 people called or came in and complained about something that went wrong after they had their car worked on- that shouldve been a sign for me but yet i still decide to go with them because the price was good.. well i decided to make an appointment and was told one thing needed to be done to make a noise stop, and it was never done and something else was done instead. not only that, but my car still made the same noise AND started to make loud creaking noises coming from the parts they fixed right away and only got worse. i took it back twice just for them to say they couldnt figure out what it was and that it should be fine. the car still makes the noises very loudly months later and makes me mad every single day because i literally paid to have something ruined that i dont even know exactly what because they never showed me the work they did. also, when my car was looked over, they told me multiple things i needed (that other shops said i did not need) and gave me prices for each thing. when i called to make an appointment for only 2 of the things i was told well that price was only if you were getting everything done then gave me a higher price. so i will probably never come back here.

Juds was fantastic. I went to another shop to get an estimate before going to Juds to have some exhaust work done. My car needed a new resonator. The first shop I went to wanted to replace the entire length from the catalytic converter all the way back because thats how the park came and it was $720 to do that work. Judds replaced just the resonator and it cost me $64. Thats what I call good honest service!

They did ~$900 worth of work for many hundreds less in repairs due to frozen breaks, and fixed our transmission leak(main prob) and went the extra mile 2x very honest and fair. I would send my grandmothers cars here if she was here and needed it fixed. Solid solid reputation support from this well taken care of customer. By the way I watched as a service manager, stopped what he was doing and helped a lady with her Kia was running low on oil and he poured in like 2-3 full quarts into her car, and she insisted on paying him either a 10 or 20 bill for helping and he refused, just wanted to help someone in need. Seriously look no further for honest quality work, just my humble opinion.

I made an appointment for a ball joint replacement and was quoted 1/3 the cost of a different shop. I also had a soft brake pedal and thought it that was just the brakes needing bleeding but found out it was the rear calipers. All in all, the cost was very fair and the final work was fast and well performed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of auto repair.
