Great customer service, replaced my ac in less than a day with a one year warranty at a reasonable price.

They were not able to fix my issue but they were honest and didnt try to break my arm on price.

I was heading from Florida to South Carolina to close on a house and I blew a water pump and serpentine belt on I95 and had to get towed here. They ordered the parts and had me on the road within a couple hours and even hitched up my fully loaded Uhaul trailer to it. I expected to rentva vehicle for a couple days, but they saw the situation i was in and took care of me. Great customer service. Thank you!

We cant say enough about Auto Services Center! Our 2003 Honda Odyssey broke down on a road trip back home from SC to Florida. It began overheating on I75, we took the first exit and pulled over. It was pouring rain and we had no idea where we were. We looked up auto repair and luckily found Auto Services within a 1/4 mile from where we were. We added water and limped over to Auto Services Center. They couldnt have been more helpful! They took us right in and within an hour they had us back on the road for an amazingly low price. They could have charged us much more as the van was due for about a $1,000 worth of work that they told us to take care of when we got home. An hour after we left they called us to make sure we were doing OK. We are so thankful that we broke down in the exact place that we did. We couldnt be happier. Highly recommend them. Good, honest and reliable people!

This place started working on it first thing on July 5th and had us back on the road in no time. They were super polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My 18 year old daughter’s car broke down on I-95 while she was travelling alone on a trip from Florida to northern Virginia. As a frantic dad unfamiliar with where to have the vehicle towed in Brunswick, Georgia (tow truck was enroute) I was calling around to different shops nearby and ended up calling Auto Services Center and spoke to Bridget (the owner). She told me that she understood my concern but that she could not get to my daughters vehicle until the next morning but that she would call another shop that could possibly get her in that day. She did call the other shop and they could fit her in but after speaking with her she put me at ease with the amount of care she displayed at my daughters situation. I opted to have the vehicle towed to her shops location. Even though they could not get my daughters vehicle in until the next morning they still dedicated someone that afternoon to diagnose the problem. While my daughter was sitting at the shop she called me numerous times to give me updates and called numerous times to my mechanics shop in Florida (they had just done some work on it) to discuss the situation. She helped giving recommendations on hotels within walking distance that I could be comfortable with having my daughter stay at. Bridget even drove my daughter to the hotel so that she did not have to walk there. She called me back to let me know that she got to the hotel just fine. The next day they had my daughter’s car in first thing and promptly got her back on the road at a very fair price and did not try to upsell any additional work. She called my daughter numerous times while she was on the road to make sure everything was going fine. She called and texted my wife (who was still in Florida) to reassure her. My wife called and said that God must have sent us an angel to watch over our daughter at her time of distress and I definitely tend to agree with her. I can’t say enough great things about Bridget and her staff and if I ever am in the area and need car assistance again that is the only place that I would take my vehicle. Their customer service is second to none. Bridget not only runs a great shop, but is also a great ambassador for the city of Brunswick, Georgia. Called and needed a tire repaired. They took me right in. Asked how to get my sons car out of gear due to the battery draining and parked in the garage. The advice worked... So thankful for them.
