They did a great job getting our house dried out from a roof leak. Very responsive to calls and texts, and gave us a very good recommendation for a roofer!

Heather and the SERVPRO team are top notch to work with. They did a whole house disinfectant fog for us. We wanted to make sure our family was protected in every way possible during these times and SERVPRO helped put our mind at ease. The two guys from serve pro were very professional and helpful. Josh and Jason came in, got to work and cleaned up before they left.I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and it went through my dining room ceiling. They thoroughly explained what I should do over the next few days to dry out the area. They also recommended a contractor who was very professional. I would recommend serve pro to anyone.

Our technician came out to assist us after 5pm for a water heater emergency. He wasnt even supposed to work that day. He was reassuring, knowledgeable, and thorough. He saved the day!

When Hurricane Irma was done lifting her leg and marking her territory, and we finally were allowed to return to St.Simons so that we could decide how much overtime to give the insurance adjusters, I was not too thrilled when I found my hardwood floors the victim when Irma and my a/c unit went toe to toe and put a hole in the ceiling--through which gallons and gallons of water poured. Luckily, Servpro of Brunswick responded fast, and through persistence, attention to detail, and some great machines, saved my original 1930s hardwood floors from becoming a casualty of Mother Nature. Andy was especially helpful through the recovery, and was always available for advice!

Our company experienced a burst pipe in our laundry facility that caused more than four inches of water to permeate our back offices, storage areas, and reception area. My house was flooded during Irma and after the re-construction was completed I called SPro, I thought I needed to get my tile floors sanitized since I babysit my 9 month old granddaughter who is now crawling. No telling what is on that floor, right. Andy was prompt with his initial inspection. He told me that the floors, thankfully, were in great shape actually.
