For over four (4) years I felt strapped to my previous HVAC service provider and experience minimal service, constant No Show appointments, ALWAYS delayed service, and such a terrible terrible too high on their pedestal dealings with the husband wife owners. Called CERTIFIED Electric and they advised me on what I should do, gave me a date/time and ACTUALLY SHOWED UP. The repair was quick and complete. The best news is that I am FREE from the horrible install, partial service, no show appointments, and simple arrogance of my previous service providers (OMG, I used to HATE calling her for service!). The 2 gentleman that came and replaced the capacitor, were absolutely professional.

One of the few companies I can usually get to come in a timely fashion. Professional, polite and confident in the office and the technicians themselves on the calls. I have stopped even trying to call anyone but Certified Electric.

They did a phenomenal job installing our AC unit and fixing the ducts at our home. I didnt realize my house could cool as well as it does now. The new thermostat we can now control from our phone and the electric bill is actually lower now with the new unit they installed last year. I have used Certified Electric for 20 years now for my office and home and they are the best in quality, integrity, workmanship and prices. I couldnt recommend a company better than them in the whole Southeast!!!

Hire them to install spray foam insulation in an addition we have under the floor joists, came out the very next day installed insulation, very fast, very professional, left no mess. Great job, would definitely use them again.

On July 6th, one of the hottest days weve had in 2017, our AC quit working. CE had been out to check our unit 2 weeks earlier and everything was fine. We called them late in the afternoon and although extremely busy, they sent a repair unit out after 5:30. The 2 young men were very cordial and quickly found the problem, repaired it and charged an extremely reasonable fee, just parts and minimal labor. This is just an example of the great service we always receive! We will continue to be loyal customers and hope others will see this review and give them their AC business!
