Our roadside assistance sent a request for a tow truck to come get my husband’s car, we waited almost an hour and finally called Rancho. The guy on the phone said that nobody called him. We called the insurance and the lady called Rancho but never put us on hold so we heard the conversation. The guy from Rancho was rude and said that he never got any request to go get the car. The insurance lady tried asking him if someone accepted the request on accident and he wouldn’t even answer, he just kept saying that he had nobody available to get the car. She got back on the phone and told us “it’s probably a good idea that we go with a different company”. How are these people still in business after these terrible reviews?

I lost control of my bimmer and hit the curb with my front bumper and rear left tire and broke the drive axle and they were very careful and put it on a flat bed towing truck and shut the windows and locked it protect my car from the weather and elements, very helpful when I went to pick up my car they even helped to load it up on a trailer to bring it home 🏡 🙂

They towed my car from my apts, when I got the car back the vehicle was all scrambled n lights on the back were on, my qs is what were u looking for ? Dont trust them their not professional and over priced

Refused to open. They towed my legally parked vehicles displaying the hotel parking pass. Hotel made them offer a refund but they refused to honor their word. State complaint filed

These guys are thieves. Not sure how they can feel good about themselves making a living off of robbing people. Hard to believe people like this exist but they do. You can meet them one day if your car gets towed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ANTONIO MOREDA the OWNER is the worst and refuses to give invoice of what he towed etc. Towed a vehicle and placed in storage for 1 day charging $601.00 which is a complete SCAM! Reporting this business to the city, do NOT use them unless you want to get taken advantage of or paying triple what they would be charging. Thank you ANTONIO for your HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and conning the community into paying overcharges.

Fact: They towed a disabled veteran from a handicap parking spot.Eligibility for Disabled Veteran plates in Texas: Certified by the Veterans Administration to have a 50 percent service-related disability, or 40 percent due to amputation of a lower extremity.

Found that these guys are predator towers. I’m definitely perusing legal action after finding out everything I did today. For those needing Texas state laws and take legal action. You have 14 days to file with the towing courts.

Terrible company a friend parked outside of the gate at Tropical Gardens Apt complex with no sign saying no parking for residents only or any kind of warning in that area! This company hits these apartments around 12am so for future reference watch yourself they are just waiting to screw people over! We followed the tow truck we were right behind them and still wanted to charge $200 for just a few minutes!! Total Rip Off😡

This company is the worst. They are scandalists with growing rates. Avoid at all costs. You better off pushing your car.

Dont use them for any reason they are illegally towing vehicles from parking spots that are not marked. Will be taking to court. And filing on them. After reading reviews they have been doing this too long with out being caught.

They went out of their way to find a hard-to-find OEM rim for me. Awesome! Will do business with again. Not only that, they have an in house tire shop that installed the rim for me.

You should be ashamed of the kind of work you do. You along with the broken lawn system are nothing more than a bunch of robbers that are willing to take peoples money under the laws umbrella. Keep in mind that what you do to others will eventually come to your family in the unexpected way. I hope that your criminal business keeps prospering.

Worst place ever. Would have rather pushed the car myself in 100 degree weather than to have them tow my truck again. Their customer service is horrible, called multiple times and he never answered, is also never opened. How are they going to run a business and not open it? They should be sued!!!

My son in laws got towed just a fee hours ago, last night and so we called awhile ago and they want to charge 350$. Thats like a rip off. Can can they do that??? Charge that much

Robbery!..agreed to a price..then when done they added over $100 in extra expenses. And if not paid they wouldnt release car..do yourself a favor if u need a tow..call someone else!

Towing company is open from 9am-6pm, it’s 10:05 and place is still closed, contacted phone number and guy said that he would show up in 45 mins, Iv been waiting for over an hr and still no one here. What kind of business do you run?? Ppl have Jones and rely on what hrs u post up

The people at Rancho Auto Parts told my sons car to their lot granted they had a reason to tow it because it was parked in a parking lot where it shouldnt have been but I think that the price is that they charged were outrageous he paid $270 to recover his his car plus $20 because he didnt pick it up by noon he did know that noon was the deadline he was never advised of the deadline and then $10 more because he used a debit card I think its highway robbery and I think that the people at Rancho Auto Parts should be ashamed of themselves because even in big cities like San Antonio towing companies do not charge $200 to recover your vehicle you should be ashamed

This towing company is a rip off!! They park in areas where there is towing signs. Even if the business owner of the parking lot doesnt call, there out there waiting. BIG SCAM!!
