Called my insurance to get help restarting car. They have a contract with Valley Towing so they contracted then first. I was notified bakery towing would be here in 45min. One hour after I called my insurance, I contacted then and was to bakery tidings direct line. Two rings and hunged up on. TWICE. Called my insurance again and requested someone else. The insurance called then and no answer either. Lady from Valley Towing calls me soon after telling me the guy is ten minutes away, which was a lie since its been 15min since I got off the phone with her. She stated she was on the phone with a customer from Port Isabel and the phone kept disconnecting the line and the guy was at another job. A CURTESY CALL WOULD HAVE SUFFICED RATHER THAN BEING HUNG UP ON TWICE AND THEN LIED TO.

Great Experience! Very professional & Timely . They towed our wrecked vehicle from South Padre Island to Houston Texas. Called several places in Brownsville and was quoted the best price with these guys! i was very happy we decided to go with Valley Towing!

Great people! Got to us in less than 30 minutes. Changed our flat and were kind and professional!

Stole something out of my car when they towed it to the dealership. Called to let them know and the best they will do is the driver said he didnt see it. Well their driver did STEAL something out of my car do not use this company they are a bunch of lairs and thieves.

Lady who answers the phone is a big fat liar. Does not know where the drivers are so she lies to please the customer. Tell the truth and not some lie. She needs to get fired. Not the first time she has done it either according to other reviews. Said the guy was on the way and would be here in 15 min. Then recieved a call from driver 15 min later that he was actually head out. And would be another 30 to 35 min. The actual driver was great.

Spent hours waiting for tow truck to show. Finally called, said 30 minutes. Eventually called and said driver could not find us. I gave directions AGAIN and he never showed. Waited around 4 hours all told, and when I called again the woman claimed they couldnt go where I was stuck and they didnt have the equipment to pull me out. Obvious lies, as she had sent the truck out after I told her our location and situation. Wasted my day when I could have got another company that could actually do the job. Filled with rage and contempt after being strung along by these Bozos for hours. Zero stars is way too good a rating for them, but I have to give them one star to post

Highly recommend! The lady on the phone was nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was very nice and friendly. Quick service, too.

I have road side assistance and set up pick up. Waited the ETA and called to find out how much longer it would be. Woman who answered said she would not send anyone and refused service. We are still stranded and trying to get another tow company to get here. Valley Tow is horrible.

Charge me to take out my stuff from my vehicle

Had some stuff (sunglasses, clogne, phone charger) taken from my vehicle after it was towed...great service indeed

Called for service person answered phone unprofessionally ...not spending my money here. Rather wait

Said 30 min to unlock my vehicle, 1 hr later still nothing. Called someone else and had it done.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Geico called them at 8:25am cause i was in a ditch in the rain. They told me it would be an hour, took them 3 HOURS.
