Did everything they could to help us get our car from the impound after it broke down on the road.

I was in an accident on I-40 and Youngs was the wrecker service the Highway Patrol called. Mr. Young and his son were very nice, even giving me a ride to the hotel where I had to spend the night and helping me unpack my car, which was, sadly, riding on the back of their flatbed. Encountering such good people in the midst of a terrible situation made the whole ordeal a little bit easier. They both went above and beyond, for which I will be forever grateful.

Excellent Service Provider... My family & I have used them plenty of times and Im always happy with the results. From towing to most recently, locked out of my car🤦🏾‍♀️; Mr. Billy was able to open my car door with ease. Life Saver!!! Highly Recommend.

My daughter was pulled over by the State and when she pulled over she pulled to far off the highway and the Trooper wouldnt let her back her car up out of fear of the car flipping over in the ditch. So he dialed a number for Billy youngs tow service and handed my daughter the phone. My daughter had to ask the trooper where she was since she was headed to a friends home in Brownsville and wasnt familiar with the area. Once the tow company arrived on scene the trooper left. The gentleman pulled my daughter from the side of the shoulder but because she didnt have $165 cash and the nasty hateful lady at the shop wouldnt take a debit card over the phone he towed the car to the shop and left my daughter on side of the road to wait on a ride. Debbie at the shop told me it was my responsibility to get my daughter a ride to the tow shop and not hers or the drivers. Once my daughter gets to the shop she explains that she dont have $165 (which is a very high rate to charge to drive 2 miles) and she would have to leave to go and get the cash since they wouldnt take my card or my daughters card for the payment. Debbie stated to my daughter that if she left the car there would be a storage fee added to the $165. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy much less a friend or someone driving through the area. If a State Trooper tries to help by calling them Id politely decline.

These guys are life savers! My engine seized right off the exit as I was going from Memphis to Knoxville. I pulled into the gas station, called AAA, and these guys were at my car in a very short time. Billy and his crew are super friendly and professional. Not only did they take me and my car wherever we needed to go, he let me keep it at his yard for a few days until I could have it towed back to Memphis! As I was stuck in Brownsville waiting on a ride, he even picked me up from the McDonalds I was waiting at and drove me closer to Memphis since he had a distress call out there.Ill definitely have to pay Billy Young back someday.
