The owner the lady in the office she is really rude...take ur business somewhere else Alfredo Fernandez

Unfortunately my vehicle was towed and I had to deal with this buisness express towing/ Raymonds wrecker. First I called to get information and the two employees I spoke with where extremely rude zero customer services. I go pick up my vehicle and the same these two employees seemed MISERABLE and very lazy! I had to reeeaally control my self not to get to their level. The owner needs to talk to these two on customer service or just let them go and hire mannered and energetic people. The woman in the front and the other guy there with that attitude, laziness and level of rudeness they will never survive at another work place. It got me real upset but at the end just felt sorry for these two very unhappy individuals. I will never recommend this place nor call them for service. ZERO stars.

If Icould leave zero stars I would. I worked 5 years of customer service and never have I encountered something like this. Getting yelled at by the lady on how inconsiderate I was and when I spoke to someone else about my experience and for him just to dismiss it. I will never ever recomment this place. Just stay away trust me. Not worth it one bit.

I came to this excellent business they are very very respectful an nice honest people at the front desk an outside...im so glad i chose this place as long as you have the proper documents your on your way...in my opinion i give this place. 10 stars very very nice an helpful people.

Bad experience! Their door business sign says that they are open from 9am-5pm and we went at 4pm and it was closed. I called the phone number and the man that answered was very rude. He said that they had closed early because it was slow. To come back tomorrow. I told him that I worked Monday-Friday until 6pm but I had asked permission to get out early today at 4pm because supposedly they closed at 5pm and I could not ask for another day again. The man said it wasnt his problem and that I needed to make my own arrangements. Also that to make sure I would go earlier in case they would close early again. When I picked up the vehicle, the fees were outrageous! I asked why so much and the man was so rude to me almost like if he was doing me a favor. I dont understand how people like them can have business. And I dont understand why the police officers dont let us choose the wrecker service we want. Why arent these business being regulated by some form of law. They get charge whatever they want and no one can tell them anything. And we dont have a choice but to pay. We are at their mercy. And on top of that they are so rude! Its very upsetting! Its like they are above the law! Its so sad that this man, which I believe to be the son of the original owner who passed away some years ago, is so rude! Nothing like his father whom I knew and was such a nice person!

Very professional

Lady in the front office is cometely devoid of customer service skills. She speaks down to clients and argues about rudimentary stuff that doesnt matter. The company itself is great, but not the face that represents it at the front office.
