Despite being crazy busy, these guys were very friendly and managed to replace our tires quickly (and at a reasonable cost). After a harrowing incident on the interstate led us to be stranded in a strange town, far from home, it was a huge relief to find them (recommended by a local).I highly recommend this place!

Punctured a tire on I-40 in a rental with no spare, winged it here on a hope and a prayer and these kind folk had us back on the road in no time at all, they even had the super odd tire size that we so desperately needed being so far away from home. Dont want to sell used stuff, kept pushing for new, some pcs of equipment are not used often enough to invest in high dollar items, sad a business could help you but refuses. Should always want to build new clientele.

It was about 2 years ago, my car’s engine was suddenly squeaking while I was on my way to Texas. Although they were unable to fix it, they tried their best, and charged me nothing for replacing a new engine belt. They suggested me to go to the dealership in Memphis, luckily I made it to there and got my car fixed, finally arrived home safely. I’d like to thank you for kindly helping me while I was stuck in the middle of my road trip, my heart was warmed by you guys.

I was traveling down I-40 coming out of Memphis heading to Kentucky when my low tire alarm went off. I pulled into a gas station and aired up the tire but could hear the air leaking out. We found Best One 3 miles away on Google and hauled butt over there. They got me right in, found a large bolt in the tire and said it would have to be replaced. They also let me know they had an identical tire they had taken of another truck with good tread and they sold it to me for a great price. I was back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Great people, great service, and they saved my trip!

I had an excellent experience here. I was in a car accident while driving through Tennessee and the mechanics were able to get me in quickly to repair my car so I could get to Texas. The name of this business speaks for itself, im an owner operator from North Las Vegas, NV, run over a bolt with a drive tire and was thinking my trie was done. So I did a Google search and this tire shop popped up and I liked the name and these guys really really gave outstanding customer service from the front office to the guys in the shop. I dont trust truckstops and you drivers know what I mean, check them out.

Blew two tires on my RV. Best One Tire Service replaced all 4 tires on the side of the Interstate Hwy on a cold evening with lots of traffic. From the time they blew until I was rolling again was 2.5 hours. Pretty impressive, and an acceptable price. Thanks guys...

Staff is friendly and very helpful, I have tried many different tire shops from Memphis and Arlington area and haven’t ever been satisfied or happy with the outcome but Best One has won me over they have helped me on changing tractor tires and recently did my truck tires very reasonable priced highly recommend!

Jessie helped me get going after I was towed in with two grandchildren. The mechanic got it repaired as quickly as possible (I cant remember his name, but was super nice). Jessie even shared his pizza since it was lunchtime.

My daughter broke down on her way to school in Arkansas and was towed here. She was treated with care and respect, and although they knew theyd never see us again, we were not taken advantage of. Its hard to find a shop you can trust, but I would trust these folks if I lived nearby.

Had 2 blow outs on trailer and stopped here based on reviews.... google said they were open till noon and we were 5 mins away at 11:05. Pulled in and was greeted by a red headed older gentleman carrying a bucket of ice, we told him we needed 2 tires and he replied im closed maybe the next shop down road is still open while pouring ice in his cooler. Wouldnt use this shop if it were free, gentleman didnt care we had a flat and our spare was already in use. I saw the reviews where people a month ago had ran into same problem and they were treated as the shop was more concerned about them and their safety then the money it seemed.... well that guy must be on vacation
